My alarm clock rang out playing August Alsina song Ghetto I woke up wishing I didn't have to go to school but staying in this hell hole would be worse.I got up and turned off my alarm clock before my step sister bust in my room and breaks it.

I get my clothes and go to my bathroom thank god it's in my room I take a shower and I do my morning hygiene routine and then I got dressed in a white t with these acid washed jeans and my red pair of chucks I pulled my jeans high enough to hide my pudge I put on my red and black Letterman jacket.

I sit down at my vanity and spray and oil my hair so it stays curly I get my back pack making sure I have my homework , books ,phone,keys, charger, and chapstick I have a hour to walk to school I don't eat breakfast I don't want to get dirty stares from my step mom.

I get to the hell hole of a school called Oakland High School I only have this year left thank god I got to school I went to my locker getting all I need for my first period and then off to Mrs.Jhon I got there before everyone I always took my seat in the back I took my homework out and then put my head down because I would be the first one here till the tardy bell because that's when everyone will be in here.

I am the teachers pet I guess because I rather be on time then be getting made front of and late I remember last time I was late Amber and Vanessa were picking at me saying "she thinks she's cool now because she's late " amber kept saying "She's so big maybe her weight is slowing her down".

I have one friend and all we have is lunch together so that's why I am always alone and getting picked on all day I mean I would defend myself but I do want to be a fighter I am a lover I will never ever stoop to people's levels .after, I got done with my work in Mrs.Jhons class I walked out to go back to my locker to get my stuff for next period which is Mrs.Jhons husband he is a cool teacher everyone respects him I go to the bathroom before his class and I fix my clothes and I check my hair I wash my hands and I take my seat in the back right corner I take out my homework I keep doing this till lunchtime .

I see my bestfriend her name is Isabella but I call her issy everyone is cool with her she is 5'7 just like me and she is black mixed with Brazilian I have known her sense the 8th grade she has always been there for me.

At lunch I didn't eat anything because I always get dirty looks or the food gets smacked out of my hands by Amber or she takes it. I have an idea of why she doesn't like me and it's because of my older brother Orlando was in his senior year here while we were in our 11th and they were "dating "well my brother is a hoe , so is she but he was in love with her but sadly she was cheating on him with her stepbrother well I saw them kissing and he was grabbing her butt and I told my brother he told her it was over and then he graduated and went to College he visits but not that much .
Amber and me were friends but I guess she was mad that I picked ny brother over a weak ass friendship I wish she would just understand she was wrong for cheating on my brother .
Well at lunch time me and issy were talking about relationships and she has a boyfriend his name is Evan he is 6'0 and he is Jamaican he has a thick accent Evan and Issy have been trying to get me into the dating scene and I dont want to especially after Jordan my ex I wouldn't give him any I said I was waiting for someone special or marriage and he cheated on me and dumped me so I just don't want to date and they keep saying this guy named Dom is a good guy but I have seen him around school and I am sure Vanessa has a crush on him and I really don't want to give them another reason for them to come at me and mess with me.
While I was telling issy that" I can't date him Vanessa has a crush on him" Dom himself walked up to our table he asked issy why Evan didn't come to school and she said his mom is sick so he stayed home to help around after she said that he asked me "what are you doing Saturday night Remi" and I told him "nothing most likely" then he asked me "well would you wanna go see a movie " I said "No, I don't think that would be okay maybe another night" after I said that he walked away lunch was over anyways issy was down my throat on the way to the lockers I don't even know why I don't have a attraction to him why is that a big problem she kept going on and on about how good of a guy he is and I snapped "If he is such a fucking dream why don't you go out with him or better yet ride off on a unicorn into the sunset with the bastard " she stood there in utter shock and disbelief but I wasn't I just kept getting my books and folder for my last two classes for the day but I felt bad so I said "I am sorry issy it's just I don't want a relationship and you trying to get me one isn't what I need at the moment" She came back from her shocked look to a gentle smile and said "Ight see you after school" I was happy that she got over what I said and just knew it was anger which I hardly ever was.
My two classes passed by extremely fast I had no homework and I didn't have to study for a test this week but I probably was gonna because what else is there to do at home besides clean, cook, and study I walked to Issy's car and stood waiting for her to get out of her class I always get to leave my classes early.
While I waiting I heard a loud POP so I got down because I have lived in the area awhile and I know that it was a gun shot I look up and see the school jack ass and the schools drug supplier he is dating my stepsister Margaret but they call her Margarita and I hate it when they do because it's stupid because they all have these street names for each other .
I look around them and see where the gunshots came from but all I see is a dark blue van speeding away from the school parking lot I realize they were trying to shoot at Tuck and Mister which are the two guys I was talking about earlier they walked over to me and they asked "if I got the plates" and I said "only three letters RHJ" they thanked me suprisingly and then jumped in this very beautiful car and left when they left Issy came out of the school early I am guessing she finished early her face looked worried and the first thing she asked me was why was I talking to Tuck and Mister which I wasn't I told her that they asked me for the plates of this van that shot at them and I gave them three letters because that's all I had seen she was now looking at me in disbelief and I was wondering why then she said "they are going to kill those people now" and I suprisingly said "Not my problem " she says "come on before they come back" we jump into her car and then take off to her house which is right behind my house she asked me if I was staying the night I said "let me jump the fence and go to my house" which I did.
I went through the back kitchen door typed in the security code went upstairs I noticed my step sisters bag was hanging up I heard a moan coming from her room next I heard a scream so I rushed in her room with my pocket knife I always have I see her and Tuck humping I gasp and rush out of the room down the hall.
I know she's a hoe it's just she's not dating tuck she is dating Mister, I quickly pack all I would need in a doufle bag and I jump the fence going back to Isabellas house when I get there I tell her I got some tea so we run upstairs to her room we plop down on her bed and I say "my hoe sister is home early from school " and she said "did she say anything to you " and I said" how could she she was busy fucking Tuck" issy gasped "don't be surprised" I told her in a stern tone not knowing why she sat up a bit more and we got futher into the conversation talking about how do I stay in the house with them and honestly I don't know why I guess I just haven't thought of moving out maybe if I found more family on my dad side I could stay with them but I haven't seen anyone sense I was 4 and I don't even remember anyone's name all I have is a last name which is mine Hughes my "uncle" won't tell me about which upsets me, one time my dad actually started talking about some of them like his sisters.
Me and Issy just sat around ate snacks and talked about how nice it would be to get out of the hood well she fell asleep on me so I went and took a shower and I bumped into her step brother George and he said "Wassup Remi" and I almost melted his voice was just like clouds he seem to be in a rush he was dressed in all black which consists of a black hoodie and some black true religion jeans and some custom made timberland boots with gold chains as the shoe laces.
He waved to me and left out of the house quickly as soon as I looked up I seen Issy standing over me like I was crazy and she said "stop checking out my stepbrother with your virgin eyes he is a hoe " I looked at her funny and she said "Oh so what part of what I said was false " I just looked at her and before she can jump on me I ran into her mom's room and ran in there huge closet and shut and locked it she kept saying my government which is Cecilia remi Hughes and she kept saying that over again along with open this damn door I just laughed to my self I am just going to stay in here till her brother come back from "work" me and issy don't know where he be working but I don't care I just want his fine ass to rescue me and I guess I dozed off to sleep in the closet.

When I woke up I was in the closet but I wasn't in Issy's mom closet I was in her brothers but I guess he unlocked it came in saw me and gave me a pillow and blanket I folded the blanket and put it on his bed with the pillow I walked out and went into Issy's room waking her up She didn't really care she just got up and went into her bathroom and Closed the door I shrugged and grabbed my bag and went to the guest bathroom down the hall after I was done doing my morning routine I got dressed I went back to Issy's room she was dressed watching SpongeBob as soon as she heard me walk in she turned off the TV.
She asked me if I wanted to skip with Her ,Evan ,Passion, and her brother and some other people we know.

I rolled my eyes when she said Passion because that's Georges girlfriend I didn't have a problem with her because she was dating George I had a problem with her because she thought George was cheating on her with me so she got me jumped in the girls bathroom and then tried apologizing to me but she was forced to do it and I knew it and every time I see her face I just want to slap,punch, and kick it because she always has the same ugly smirk on her face when she sees me "Yeah sure I guess I mean I don't have anything planned to do " I had told issy
.Issy smiled and said that we were gonna skip and go to the beach today with everyone "Issy I can't go and you know why " I said "Come on Re you're not fat you are very beautiful and so is your body if you weren't good looking I would have told you this because I say everything that pops up in my mind "She said with her hands on her hips I sighed knowing she had a point and that I wasn't getting out of it "Okay but what am I gonna wear I don't have a bathing suit ".Issy walked in her closet and pulled out this really nice two piece and laid it on the bed "How did you know I was gonna say yes".
"I didn't I just keep a bunch of stuff in your size at my house anyways because you basically live with me" I took the bathing suit and changed into it and walked out so she could see it as soon as I stepped out she gasped "What's wrong with it can you see anything."No its just that you shocked me" she said in complete awe"what are you talking about issy " I asked confused "well you wear baggy clothes and stuff and I always thought you did that to cover up your stomach because your family keeps calling you fat but you have a flat stomach and a big booty and you look like you got some doubles going on your chest ".
I looked in her mirror she keeps by the closet and she wasn't lying I looked over to see her texting on her phone so I walked back in the bathroom to slip on my cover up I put on my sandals when I walked out the bathroom Issy was dressed and she was packing our bags for after when we need to change she grabbed her phone and keys and I did the same.

When we walked out of her room I saw George leaving his room I got butterflies in my stomach instantly but then someone walked out after him his girlfriend...*rolls eyes a bit *
