I woke up to the sound of birds and far away traffic I got out of  bed with optimism.

Nothing but a morning routine, I checked my social media I haven't checked it in what feels like years I got messages and updates but what through me off was

I opened that message so fast my heart was rapidly beating 

I sighed in relief it wasn't anything serious all it said was "Your brother is worried sick he wont eat,sleep,and he wont even leave the house". He would certainly find out I'm fine he has connections all over the place right? as my mind drifted off to thinking about my sick with worry brother I heard that noise your phone makes when someone is typing and it was Issy 

... 

I hated that the time to talk to her was now but I was getting sick of not being able to speak to her anyway. SHE REPLIED I opened her message and her response was nothing but happiness she had said I miss you so much and I know your dying to speak to me Face time me Sweet face (She calls me Sweet face because when I had body issues and she made me laugh by calling me that ) I texted back and said of course I will soon just tell my brother I am fine and he can stop looking for me I am NOT coming back and I do NOT what him to come see me yet.. 

I hit send no regrets because screw it new me new rules she sent me a heart I put on my shoes and went to Daniel he seemed real chill .

Daniel POV 

She knocked on my door and my eyes lit up she is so fine and if it were any other broad I would dismiss them but she is like fine wine she gets better with time .Remi is more my brother type for sure and she doesn't know it yet but I can bet money he coming home but not for the family but for her.I opened the door and she came in wearing these nice ass leggings  and these fly ass bread 11's and this nice little cropped red  hoodie she was ready for a fuck or a fight and that's what I like about her. 

I grabbed my phone and my keys and we jumped in my Benz she wasn't impressed with my car like all the other girls strange I looked at her when we stopped at a light and I asked did my brother try  to date you or anything she turned like I could read minds but honestly it was just a hunch  she said "Yea back home my friend took a certain I don't know liking to picking out guys and girls for me and before I left home your brother asked if we could go on a date but I knew a girl who liked him so I shut it down no drama for me".I was curious about how people treated her in high school because she thick as hell and she is smart  and I know people when they see people like Remi they want what she has so they try to bring her down so they seem better to everyone else it felt like we were driving forever when I approached the neighbor hood it was respectable the houses weren't flashy and it looked like what me and my family once lived in when we turned down the street my heart started to beat faster it was like butterfly's dancing in my stomach just like when I saw my prom date or when Dani was born when we pulled up I only one car so I pulled in next to it I parked and I couldn't get out and Remi knew she held my hand and said if you knew me you would do the same for me she let go of my hand .

When I got out of that car making my way to the door felt like a thousand miles away Remi knocked on the door I could hear my sweet sister say "one minute please" that voice was like a ghost from my past sending shivers down my spine .She opened the door she knew who I was she said "Daniel what a nice thing to do and come visit me come in"  I walked in and it smelt like a Sunday's at grandma's house  she walked us to the kitchen because she was cooking me and Remi sat at the island watching her rush back in forth cooking like she was on Master Chef or some Remi kinda lighten the mood by saying I like your house  

My sister so delighted with the compliment she smiled softly like our mother does when she hears good things.

I slept the whole flight so rested I knew I had to pay a visit to my dear big sister Karissa 

I took an Uber to her house making my way up to the door I saw a exact replica of my car in silver wow creepy,when I knocked I heard a voice say one minute I heard the locks click remi opens the door she laughs I am so confused why so instead of asking I say "Your brother was way off on searching for you he all the way in D.C with his people man and your father if he wasn't such a criminal he would be calling the coast guard" She laughed with joy she softly said come in be quiet I knew the house I mean I bought it so following her to the kitchen she stopped at the corner you turn to see the island and I saw my partner in crime ,my other half,my not so long lost brother everything seemed meant to be but his face was lost but to me I was looking into the mirror just a year older and a lot more money and stress free.

Remi wanted to act like were on a Dramatic TV show and she was all like small Family Reunion time  and then I popped up around the corner his face went from a 2 to a 10 his mood did a whole 360 it was great.

but my sister seemed uncomfortable I don't know why she was looking like that I was gonna find out.
