"He just walked into an alley." said Marcus breathlessly. "Is he alone?" I asked. Marcus smiled. "Yes." "Perfect Marcus. Just Perfect." I jogged up the street and peered down the alley. There, walking down the ally was one of King's followers. My lips curled into a smile. I stealthily walked up to him. My heart was beating out of my chest. I grabbed the rag that I had put into my pocket, and then quickly reached my arms around his head and stuffed the rag into his mouth. Marcus then kicked the man's legs out from under him and held him in place. He thrashed about then looked up at my angrily. Recognition sparked in his eyes and he started to cry. He knew that he was going to die. I smiled sweetly. "Your boss should've thought better then to kill my initiates. At least they knew nothing and were untrained. He will be losing someone of more value. It's nothing personal, but I need the body parts of King's followers, and you so willingly went alone into an out of the way alley. Goodbye my good fellow." I took a knife out of the waistband of my pants and slit his throat. "Go give the signal." Marcus nodded curtly and left me with the body. He had landed faced down. I lifted up his face and planted a kiss on his cheek, leaving behind a vibrant ruby-red imprint of my lips on his flesh.

I heard the car and then saw the two headlights. It was around 7 o'clock, so it was dark, but we have to leave the headlights off so no one sees us. Marcus stepped out of the car as well as some big men. I faced the men and said coldly, "Get the body and put it in the cab of the car." The pair looked at each other. They must be new; they better learn quick. I glared at them. "If I have to tell you again, then we will have a problem." A flash of fear passed over both of their faces and they then quickly got to work. The men put the man in the car and got in themselves and drove out into the night. I felt a swell of pride and accomplishment. That was the tenth man. We could finally place the body parts around and then kill King. "When will the bodies be prepared?" I asked Marcus. "Tommorrow night would be my guess." he replied. "Well we better get going." I said. Marcus nodded and we walked out into the night.

We arrived back at the office an hour later. I like walking because it keeps me in shape; plus I remain more incognito when walking. I strode into the office with Marcus at my side and headed straight to the morgue. I added a separate room to prepare bodies that needed disposing of, but this time I didn't want the bodies gone. On the contrary, I wanted the bodies to look presentable. I burst through the door and Jacob was standing in the room barking orders at the people working on the bodies. "Miss Ruby will not take anything but perfection! Work faster! These bodies need to be done by tomorrow!" " Well Jacob I see that you have this under control." I said smoothly. "Miss Ruby! I see that the last body was delivered. Did you have fun?" I grinned as I replied, "Why of course my dear Jacob." My smile turned ugly as I said, "King will have no idea what hit him." I turned and strode out of the room without allowing Jacob to respond.

Back in my office I wrote out the notes that I would put with each of the body parts. The first body part would be put outside of his office with a map attached to it.The map would have the location of the next body part that was supposed to be found. The second body part would have a note and a map revealing the location of the next body part. The last would be in King's house where I would execute him. "A head would be perfect for the first." I muttered. I yawned. It was late and I had a big day tomorrow. I stood from my desk and walked out of the double doors. My two bodyguards stood outside guarding my office. "Ready to go Miss Ruby?" one asked. "Yes" I replied. They nodded and escorted me out of the building. I lived a few blocks away in an apartment. I still owned my old house, but never ventured there. Too may memories. I walked into the apartment building, up the stairs, and into my apartment. I went into the bedroom and changed into my nightclothes. It was not my home, but the place did it's job. I laid down on my bed and drifted into a dreamless sleep.
