"So where is Corey anyways?" Liam asks as we go to call our assigned pack member
"Oh, he's on a trip with some old friends, I didn't go cause I didn't want to miss the birth of your baby," I responded
"The baby isn't due for another few weeks, you could have gone," Hayden tells me, almost apologetic.
"I know, I know. But I mean the world is full of surprises," I reasure her, "and anyways we have been dating for almost 11 years, been living together for 6 I'm sure he could use a break"
"Has it really been that long, wow, well we should get going with the phone calls," Liam says.
"Yah we should," I respond pulling out my phone
I dial his number off the top of my head and listen to the dial tone waiting for his voice.
"Hey baby," he answers.
"Hey," I respond and I know I'm grinning like a little school girl.
"So what's up?" He asks.
"Look, only if you can but um...Scott's reuniting the pack to help Allison and if you are willing to leave your vacation..." I start
"Babe, of course, I'll fly back tomorrow" he interrupts
"Really? I love you, your the best," I say
"Love you, see you tomorrow"
"See yah, bye"
And then I hit end call as I walk back to the living room.
