Penelope above....

I walked out of English, and the girl with the black hair and big boobs walked over to me.
"You're such a little bitch. Don't fuck with my boyfriend," she slammed my books down and punched me straight in the jaw. The impact was so hard that I fell down as I was looking at her. The whole world stopped for a moment. Every eye in the hall was staring at me. My jaw ached. I touched my lip. Blood. Bleeding. I gasped.
"Little bitch can't handle blood?" She teased.
"Don't fuck with her," a strong voice said from behind me.
"Are you not supporting your girlfriend, baby?"
"You're not my girlfriend, you came on to me, leave Penny alone."
The whole hallway was staring at us now.
"She's a little bitch who needed a little punch."
"She's my little Danger. Leave her alone."
My heart was pounding. My little Danger.
The girl walked away stalking me. Asher helped me pick up my books.
"Don't let that dumb bimbo push you around ok? If someone is hurting you let me know, ok?"
"I can handle myself."
"Just promise me you will."
"Ok fine whatever."
I grabbed my stuff and walked away.
"Penelope, please wait."
"What do you want Asser," I smirked.
He grinned and walked passed me, "We can discuss this after orchestra practice." He winked.

After orchestra practice, I looked around the parking lot. Asher was standing next to his car one hand holding the passenger's seat the other holding a small wild flower picked from some ditch next to the track field.
I walked up to him, "Do not give me that shit of a flower."
He dropped it right then and there and grinned. I sat in the car and watched him walk around.
"How come you don't have football practice?"
"Mornings. 5 am."
"Oh."
There was silence.
"Pen, about this morning, I-"
"Thank you for standing up for me. You didn't have to do that."
"But I did. I had to do that."
"No you didn't, Asher."
"Yes I did. Now, please just keep your promise."
"I will but how come you get to make me promise something and I don't get to make you promise anything."
"Ok we'll make me promise something. To make it fair."
"Not now. Maybe later."
"So that means I get to see you after this?"
"If you don't do anything stupid, yes."
I watched the road as he passed the street to Jen's house.
"Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise."
"How much longer?"
He turned the corner to a small area enclosed with pine trees, "We're here."
