I sat at the lunch table, tapping my foot to the music that was blaring in my ears. I was waiting for Kylee so we would ditch the rest of the day, but seeing as she's been gone for 15 minutes I guess she flaked out.
As I made my way in to the hallway, I looked around to make sure everyone was gone before I snuck out of the back door.
There were still a couple of people in the parking lot but I ignored them. I walked around the side of the building and ditched my books in the usual place.
"Hey." A familiar voice said , catching me off guard just as I turned the corner. It was Justin, again.
"What?" I groaned, folding my arms as he looked at me. "Can't say hi to my friend?" He chuckled ,smoothing his hair back.
"I think your stalking me." I joked. "Yeah right, what are you doing out here anyway, I don't suppose your skipping?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Obviously. Kylee was supposed to come along, but I guess not."
"I could join you, make sure you keep outta trouble." He winked. I shook my head and shoulder bumped him while walking away.
"Come on, you and I both know you want me to. Either way I'm not taking no for an answer." He grabbed my wrist and pulled me towards his car, with no objection from me.
I stumbled along behind him as he talked on and on about how less lame I was because people have seen him around me.
But I don't really care, it doesn't actually make a difference.
"Where you going any way?" He let go of my wrist and leaned against his car. Show off.
"Home. Where else am I supposed to go that I won't get busted for skipping.?" I questioned, knowing he had more experience at this than I did, and now that I ask I'm sure he won't let me go home.
"See, I told you, your a lame ass with out me."
"Shut up, I don't suppose you have any better ideas than that." I snarled, cursing him out in my head for referring to me as a lame ass.
"That was such a stupid thing to say, of course I have a better idea." He boasted, "how about we grab lunch, somewhere other than here." He wrinkled his eyebrows.
I sighed, "Fine." He smiled at me and we both climbed into the oversized car.
He started it up and I buckled my self in.
"Won't that chick be looking for you?"
"That chick has a name, it's Kylee. And I doubt she even cares I left without her."
"You should hook us up,I think she's pretty cute." He smirked, pulling out of the parking lot.
"Hell no. She's fine by herself i'd like to keep it that way." I warned him, glaring at him but he kept his eyes straight.
"Chill babe, I wouldn't do anything to hurt her."
"Don't ever call me that, and I haven't known you long enough to know what kind of guy you are. I'm a protective bitch when it comes to Kylee because her last boyfriend caused her to have a melt down when he dumped her." I explained to him, making sure I got my point across.
"Who was her boyfriend?"
"Ryan, Ryan the asshole butler." I laughed.
"Well it's unfortunate that she even knows him. The guys a dick." He groaned, his jaw clenching as he smoothly turned down another street.
"You know him?"
"I wish I didn't. He deserves to get his ass kicked." A rise in his tone of voice tells me he really doesn't like him.
