Chapter 6

"Jungkook, they took Jungkook," Jin was standing at the doorway, his eyes were big with frantic.  

"What happened?" I stood from my seat, facing the frantic boy at the door.

"H-He went to go to the bathroom he said, but we looked out the window and saw him walking down the sidewalk and a black van pulled out next to him. Men got out and pulled him inside." Jin huffed. Soon everyone came and was shoved into the office.

"Do you know who?" Yoongi asked.

"We think it's Chan." Namjoon said.

"Show me where you saw them take Jungkook," I said, making my way through the crowd of boys.

"It was right there," Taehyung pointed to a spot through the window in one of the waiting rooms in front of the conference room we had the meeting in a few hours prior.

Taehyung showed that Jungkook was picked up a half a block away from the building. It was right across from a small convenience store.

"Ok, let me make a few calls and i want to meet everyone in the conference room with what i find. Jimin and Tae, go down to the spot, look around for anything Jungkook or the kidnappers dropped. Talk to any of the workers working at the store, see if they saw anything and if they recognized them." I looked at everyone.  

"Yes, ma'am," Jimin said and rushed to the elevators with Tae on his heels.

"Wait," I called and they turned around. "Watch each other's back, there is no telling if they'll go after you both as well. Come back in twenty minutes and if you aren't back I'll send people looking. Don't be late."

They gave a curt nod and turned again.

"One more thing boys," I called as they stepped into the elevator, "Be careful."

The doors closed after a smile broke across their faces.

"Namjoon, i need you to get back to work on what I had assigned to you before, thankfully there's so many of you all you can focus on your own task."

"B-But, Jade-," Namjoon started.

"No buts, get to work." I said, with a sigh he turned back to his office.

"You three, come with me." I said to the remaining members. Hobi, Jin, and Yoongi followed without remarks.

"This is probably going to be the hardest job, now I have the chief of police on speed dial, an old family friend as well. We will start a private investigation. I need you all to call the businesses, see if we can get a hold of their security footage. Hobi, call down to our security and request our footage from all the cameras outside from an hour ago to present. "  

"Ok, Jade," Hobi nodded, I passed them out phones, that were linked to the company, from a drawer in my office. 

"I need to speak with President Chul, I'll be back in a few moments."

"Did you find anything Jimin?" I asked.  

"Jungkook dropped his hand phone, it cracked a little on the pavement but it still works." he said.

"Alright, Hobi and Yoongi, did you find anything on the tapes that the neighboring businesses sent over?"

"Yes, the tapes from the hotel across the street viewed the scene perfectly." Yoongi grimaced.

"Due to the poor quality of the footage, you can't decode the plate number. Though, on the back of the van there was a bumper sticker. We couldn't really make it out either."
