She's running, her legs aching, bare feet hitting every sharp rock in her path, her arms now dripping with blood from every thorny branch hitting her. She stops, taking in every ounce of air she can. Looking behind her, she sees nothing. She looks around her, she sees nothing, nothing but trees. She hears a gun shot and starts running again. Coming to a clearing, she spreads her wings, a sharp pain coming from her right side. She screams of pain and faints.
Waking up, noticing she's being carried bridal style. Looking up at who's carrying her, her eyes get blurry, so she closes them and falls asleep. When she wakes back up, she looks around to see where she is; It's dark, the only light shining comes from a hole in the curtains on the window. She struggles to get up, yet her vision is impaired. She goes to the window and opens the curtain. Taking a look around the room, it looks like her own. Opening the closet, she sees her clothes, or what she would wear on a daily basis. She picks out some clothes and leaves the room. She looks for a bathroom, only when she goes out of the room, she's shocked at what she sees. 'What is going on here? Am I dreaming? I must be dreaming..' She thinks to herself. She pinches her arm, it hurt. She looks around; There are what seems like a million people walking around. She keeps walking to find a bathroom, instead coming to a room where a boy, or thing, with a towel wrapped around its waist stood. She waits for the creature to leave and goes in, closing the door and locking it behind her. Taking a deep breath, she takes her torn night gown off. She looks in the mirror and looks at her wing. It was still bleeding. She turns on the shower and gets in. After she washes the blood off of her and her wing, she gets out and looks for a pair of scissors, cutting holes in the back of the shirt big enough for her wings. She puts the rest of the clothes on, then looks at the hoodie she picked out, debating on weather she should cut the holes in it or not. She decides not to, putting it on and unlocking the door. She walks out of the bathroom, seeing no one around. She finds a sudden relief come across her and starts walking around. She comes to a gigantic room with a desk in the center, walking towards it. As she reaches the desk, there is a name plate, on it engraved, 'HEAD OF HOUSE HOLD'. Under those words is the name 'SLENDERMAN'. As she read the name she was shocked. As she backed up to leave, she turned around. Standing before her, she saw a very tall man in a black suit. As she looks up at the mans face, a feeling of terror comes over her. The man has no face. She freezes in shock. "What is your name child?" the man spoke. She stuttered, "M-my n-name is R-Raven.." She replied. The man walked towards as her she shuts her eyes. She felt something touch her chin, lifting her head up so she stood face to head with the being. "Open your eyes, I am not going to hurt you." He spoke in a tender tone, she opens her eyes to the sound. He tilts his head a little to the side, as she catches a glimpse of a shine on his paper white face. She realizes it's from her own eyes. "Where did you get your eyes, my child?" He says to her. "I don't have an answer for that, you see, I was adopted when I was a baby, so i don't even know what my parents looked like.." She says, tears rolling down her cheeks. "Don't cry, my child, you are safe here." He says, making a smile on his face with the tentacles protruding from his back. She smiles and looks down. "You can go now, but I have one thing: Don't hide the gift that was given to you, cherish it." The so called Slenderman said to her, wiping her tears away, Raven walks out of the room.
