Kijung squirmed beneath Seungcheol's touch, they were only a few inches away... and the crazy thoughts of Seungcheol confessing was running around in her head like a herd of elephants.
"Kijung..." his hot breath travelled down Kijung's pale neck, making her shiver once again. she felt like she needed to say something to him, but each time she went to say something her words got caught in her throat.
Seungcheol sighed loudly and then swallowed, Kijung watched how his Adam's apple bobbed up and down as he did so.
"the first time I saw you at the cafe... you were working, correct?" he looked the girl in front of him right in the eyes, she nodded 'yes' vigorously."okay..." the male took a moment to think, "I thought, woah, she's beautiful! but, she's way out of my league, I'll never even get a chance with that girl, yet here I am..." Seungcheol tucked another strand of stray hair behind Kijung's ear, looking her deep in the eyes again as she gulped.
Kijung felt nervous. her hands became sweaty and clammy, she never took her eyes off of Seungcheol's chocolate brown ones as she rubbed her hands up and down her jeans, removing the sweat.
she had no clue as to what she should do about this situation— she's never experienced something like this before.
well, maybe a few times watching k-dramas, but that's completely different! now, it's the real deal. Kijung. Seungcheol. not a k-drama with actors and actresses. this time, it was real. happening right in front of her."I gave that paper to your co-worker, I thought that'd be the only way to get to you. but then I thought, she would never text me. never ever. not in a million years!" Seungcheol continues, "but, here we are, Kijung. I'm quickly falling more and more in love with you as the days pass, and I can't control it, I can't keep it in anymore, Kijung."
"Seungc-" Kijung wanted to say something, but she was cut off by... by something she didn't recognise. a strange feeling that she never experienced. it was soft, it moved in sync with her own pair.
lips.
Seungcheol had kissed her. that's what cut her off. Kijung had no idea what to do now, she's never done this before! she started to panic, but she also felt rather calm and relaxed. she didn't want to escape this foreign feeling. she actually quite enjoyed it. so, the only thing that came into her mind at the time, it was a huge risk seeing as she hadn't done it before, but here goes nothing.
Kijung flung her arms around Seungcheol's neck as she kissed him back, moving their lips together in unison. her heart fluttered and a knot formed in the pit of her stomach. Seungcheol snaked his arms around her small waist, deepening the kiss and pulling her closer, if that was actually possible to do so. the pair pulled apart, gasping for air. Kijung's heart was still with the butterflies and her stomach tickled, this foreign feeling against her lips lingered. she fluttered her eyes open.Kijung was in her bedroom. in her bed. confusion filled her mind, she began to rethink if this event actually occurred. she reached over and grabbed her phone.
3:46am, Tuesday 5th
so, the 'date' still occurred the day before, but the kiss was... a dream? it was all a dream?
Kijung's head hurt from confusion, she decided to text Seungcheol, it was an inappropriate hour to text him, but she felt so confused that it was killing her, and she needed to know if it had happened or not.Kijung:
