Chapter 13

Brooke's POV:

I know it over reacted at the hospital to Harry is a liar. I still remember that one day he completely betrayed me....

Flashback

Harry was there helping me shop for prom outfit because he was taking me to prom. Yes I know what you're thinking,  how can a girl like me have Harry Styles taking me to prom. Well I have known Harry since 6th grade and we always promised to go to prom together, but then he got famous and it was harder for that happen. Last week though, I got a call from Harry and he said that he was back to take me to prom. I was so excited and now here we are shopping for my dress.

" That looks gorgeous! "He said

"So do we think this is the one?"

"Absolutely! I will buy. How much is that one ma 'am?" Harry replied.

"2,300 dollars"

2,300 dollars! Are these people high?

"Harry no,  let me pay." I said.

"No love its fine. Now go take that off so I can pay for it."

I went to changing room to change out of my dress. I left the changing room and put the dress on the counter and saw that he was buying some shoes I loved and some gorgeous jewelry. He handed her his credit card she bagged the items and we left.

"Harry you didn't have to do that for me."

"Brooke, I have plenty of money, that was nothing."

"You're awesome." I gave him a huge hug

1 week later

It was prom night and I was sitting on my front porch waiting for Harry to pick me up. it was already eight thirty and he was supposed to be here at eight maybe he was running late. Another half hour past, so I just asked my mom to drive me there

We got to the school and I entered the prom, where so Harry was on the stage singing little things to some girls.

"Harry what the hell!" I screamed

"Brooke," he said. "did you honestly think I would take you to prom when I could have all this." And he pointed to the screaming girls.

I started crying. "Don't cry Brooke, you know it was going to happen. I never liked you anyway. I just bought you the dress is a pity game. God you're so gullible."

I ran out of there so fast and everyone starts laughing, at me

End of flashback

He ruined my life that day and I will never trust him again. I am so scared for Skyler, I don't want her to be hurt.
