Lexi's pov

I'm so excited for tryouts lunch time. I watched the clock tick tock to reach its angle that tells the time is now twelve o clock. Five, four, three, two, one. The sound of the loudest bell in the school chimed its way through my ear, at that moment i feel like my blood started swirling faster, my heart felt like a melodic drum beating to fast song, i felt hyperactive as we all disembarked the class room. The hall way was boisterous as always, students running, walking and even skipping their way through. High school was always like middle school at lunch time. I was making my way to the changing room with a joyous smile on my face, when i heard a voice behind me calling, "Lexi wait up!". I turned around and saw Abby running towards me as jolly as a child on Christmas eve. "Hey ready for your tryouts?...super star!" She teased. "As ready as ill ever be," i replied. "OK, I'm going to the court get ready and meet me around there," she said. "OK will do pumpkin!" I said as she walked away. (Pumpkin is my nick name for her).
I then continued with my journey to the changing room.

Abby's POV

I've just met Lexi in the hallway and is now walking to the court where she will perform to impress the head cheerleader Gabriela short for gabby and two other cheer leaders Vanessa short for nessa and Regina short for Gina. They are the most popular cheerleaders on the squad because they are the best dancers on the team, they share a lot of personalities. Mean, harsh, i Can't even find words to describe them. Every girl in the school wants to be like them. Well not every one cause I'm absolutely not interest in their fame or style.
I've arrived at the court and is about to take a seat when I bumped into someone. I looked up a saw a familiar face, i looked deeply into his dark green eyes and take good notice of them. I gave out a gasp and opened my eyes wide."Carl! Is that you?"i almost shouted. "I cant help but think i know this face from somewhere,"he said looking at me with his eye brows slightly pushed in. "Oh snap out of it I'm Abby, lexi's sister! we use to play together when we were about nine years old or so!" I said exciting. "I remember you, you used to do the craziest things!" He said between chuckles. Just then Lexi walked on the court, she went and standing in line while Carl and i take a seat on the front bench. The performers started dancing for gabby nessa and Gina. Its almost time for Lexi to perform so i thought of going to wish her good luck and went back to my seat. Time flew as different girls dance their heart out. Its now Lexi's turn to perform and the last one. She walked on the court with her hands at her side she looks nervous from the distance. Gabby then registered her and told her to start. Her music started playing she did some free styles and dance to the music, now comes the hard part in her routine the back flick
She entered it and did five, now its the time she turn in the last flick she turned successfully but as she was approaching the ground her feet moved out of place and caused her to fall on her side. Carl and i gave a loud gasp at the same time when she landed. She looked fine for she got up and walked off the court. we ran down to her as we asked her if she was OK. She replied yes and demanded to go change.
