I don't mind if you use that in your bio, BUT ASK ME FIRST!! It's flattering that you liked something on my bio, and I'm glad! I love it when I create something and people enjoy it!
But don't you dare put my words on your bio without my permission first. You did not give credit, or ask permission. I don't want to be rude, but this is a huge pet peeve of mine. I hate it when people steal my words or ideas.

I was going to follow this chick until I saw that she copied my bio piece. It was very upsetting to see, and if she sees this she'll know it's her. I'm very disappointed that someone would think that it was okay to do so. My bio piece was not a meme, or something I posted on Tumblr or something else like that. It was part of my bio, and I do not think that it's okay to just steal my idea.
Give credit where it's due people. Not just in this situation, but every time that you want to us something that someone else made.
