" That nigga Aub stay with a book in his hand " Jamal teased

Aubrey hook his head and ignored Jamal. He looked down in his book and started on the next chapter.

" Pause nigga, why the fuck you got a open condom ? " Derrick asked Jamal

" Don't worry about me and mine " Jamal said

Aubrey, Derrick and Jamal were all juniors. They all had the same classes just different periods on the same hall so they all saw each other a lot.

" Shhh " Aubrey told them trying to finish his chapter

Jamal smacked his lips " Aye, man look I got a legit question "

" What " Aubrey said not taking his eyes off the book

" You ever had sex " Jamal asked

Derrick almost spit his juice out and busted out laughing

" Why the fuck you laughing " Jamal asked

" Yo, you mad random " Derrick said still laughing at Jamal

" Anyways " Aubrey said standing up " I'm leaving because I can't get nothing done around you two. Jamal you staying with me man "

Jamal nodded and Aubrey walked off. Jamal and Aubrey were more like brothers. Aubrey's mother always worked so he barely ever saw her but his dad was always be home from work at four o'clock on the dot. Aubrey and Jamal often cooked for themselves or to Derrick place, if he is mom didn't mind

Aubrey ended up in library trying to read his book. He had is square shaped glasses on and the book directly in his face.

He heard someone crying. When he moved the book down to see who it was he notice it was Alezaa. He didn't really know her but he knew she was talking to Derrick and had just broke up Benzie. Derrick did tell him and Jamal everything.

" Umm... you okay? " He asked her

She looked at him as tears ran down her face and she sniffed " N-No " She said crying a bit louder

" Well , this is the library and you can't be that loud " He told her

He wasn't trying to mean but just truthful. He sighed and got some tissue out his pocket and slid it across the table to her

" What's wrong ? " He said

Aubrey had a sweet spot. He didn't like to see people sad or mad.

" You know that party they had. Well I went and Derrick kissed me but I don't remember. Like Benzie really broke up with me and now....now..... I love Benzie and I want him back " She said putting her head down on the table

Aubrey sighed. He looked at his watched. He had to meet his science partner in the lab in five minutes.

" Your a really pretty girl and I know that you will find your love. Whether it's Benzie or somebody else. Just keep your head up " He said lifting her chin and wiping her face with a tissue
