Love for a Genie [Completed]

Intro

"Mommy, Daddy what's going on?" The little 5 year old girl cried.

"Sweetie there's no time to explain, please just do what we say" Her mother replied. The little girl just nodded as she hid in the secret passage in their family's cave. She stayed as quiet as she could. Then sounds echoed throughout the cave. The girl peaked out of the small hole in the wall. She saw a group of men about 4 or 5 of them come into her home. He parents weren't in sight which meant they were in their lamps.

The men searched through their families golden riches.

"Hey look over here!" One of the men picked up her mother's lamp. "We found it"

"Look here's another one" another man picked up her father's lamp. "These things cost a fortune!  We're going to be so rich!" He shouted.

The girl wanted to move and go to her parents but she knew she couldn't if she was she'd be caught too. As the men finally began to leave the cave, the little girl heard two soft whispers by her ear. "We love you, Lucy" her parents had said to her. Once she knew the men were gone, Lucy began to cry.

~12 years later~

"And what would you like to buy today?" The man asked. The woman tucked her red scarlet hair behind her ears, looking at the various jewels and items. Then she saw a lamp that looked like those lamps that held genies in the stories her grandfather had told her. It had a shiny gold star pattern. And its lid and the bottom that supported the lamp was covered in beautiful jewels that imitated the colors of exploding stars. It was amazing.

"May I ask, what this is?" She said pointing at the object.

"Well my lady it is a genie lamp. Very rare. If you rub the lamp like so" he began rubbing the lamp, "a genie will appear and grant you three wishes"

"Then why isn't it working for you"

"That's because I already used up my wishes and I have no control over the genie anymore"

"Did you get what you wished for?"

"Oh yes, this very successful business" that man replied with a huge grin. The red head thought about it more and decided she'll take it. She told the man so and he put it is a bejeweled box. Sealing the lid he put it in a simple bag passing it to her as she paid for it. Humming happily she made her way to the guild.

"Happy Birthday!" his friends yelled. He grinned, this really was the best being surrounded by all of his friends at Fairy Tail. He couldn't be happier. The buffet was just about to start when he noticed his red haired friend had just entered. She came to him and bowed.

"I am sorry for my lateness, you may hit me as punishment" she said still bowing.

"Erza! I'm not going to hit you!"
"But Natsu..." Natsu just shook his head.

"Just enjoy the party Erza, there's strawberry cake on the table, I think?" At that Erza got up and quickly started to walk quickly to the buffet table. Natsu was just about to stuff his own face with food when Erza called him.

"Hey Natsu, Happy Birthday!"

"Thanks!" and they ate until their hearts content.

Soon it was time to open presents. First was Mirajane Strauss, a sweet girl but a demon if you got on her bad side. It was a chain with a red Fairy Tail symbol attached to it. Natsu grinned.

"Thanks Mira!"

She giggled, "Your very welcome" she said in her usually cheery voice.

Next was Popsicle stick aka Gray Fullbuster. He opened the gift, it was a new jacket (A/N: the one Natsu wears all the time). Natsu mumbled a small thank you before moving one.
