~General POV~

Lucy groaned as she put down the book she was reading on her bed in her lamp. And I was just getting to the good part! Why do I have to be summoned now!? she thought. Sighing she snapped her fingers and smoke appeared and she was in front of Natsu who looked over excited. He was bouncing up and down like a little kid. "What now?!" Lucy asked annoyed.

Natsu pouted at Lucy's attitude. "I wanted to know if you wanted to meet my friends at my guild"

"Guild?"

"Yeah! It's a place where-"

"I know what a guild is, Natsu. I just mean I thought those were gone"

"Why would they be gone?"
"M-my parents told me stories about them"

"Stories about guilds?"

"Yeah how they had great and powerful wizards that joined them but wizards are extinct. Unless you're a wizard"

"Wait, hold on a sec! Wizards were real!"

"Well yeah if a genie is real than so can a wizard"

"What other things were alive back then?" Natsu asked with the curious excitement of a little kid.

"Mermaids, fairies, dragons-"

"Dragons!"

"Yes, and will you please stop yelling in my ear!" Natsu calmed down a bit.

"Sorry. But there were like other real life dragons and fairies! My guild's gonna love this!" Lucy rolled her eyes, "Especially since our guild name is Fairy Tail!"
"Fairy Tail?" Lucy raised an eyebrow

"Well yeah. It kind of goes with some stupid question if fairies have tails or whatever. Anyway what was I asking you again" Lucy rolled her eyes once more.

"If I wanted to go see your friends"

"Oh yeah, so do you?"

"You know I have to do whatever you ask of me anyway even if it isn't a wish"

"Wow really"

"Yeah, that's the curse of being a genie"

"Curse? Why is it a curse, isn't great! You get to grant people wishes and make them happy?"

"It depends Natsu"

"Depends on what?"

"If they're a good person or not and we can't do anything if they are. We can't leave our lamps unless we are summoned after we are used for the first time. We're trapped in there for eternity. You see these chains" Natsu looked at her golden chains, "They link me to the lamp. With these I can never be free" Lucy took a deep shaky breath and shook her head to clear it, "Anyway lets go met those friends of yours, shall we?" Lucy picked up her lamp and headed out the door with Natsu following close behind.

~Natsu's POV~

Lucy's words kept ringing in my ears 'With these I can never be free. With these I can never be free. With these I can never be free' I shook my head to get rid of those taunting words. Soon we arrived at the guild. I kicked the door open with a smile appearing on my face. "I'm Back!"
"Could you be any louder, Flame brain"

"What you just call me ice princess"

"You heard me hot head!"
"You wanna go?!"

"Yeah I do" as we were butting heads I saw Erza walk over to us. She pulled our ears and damn did it hurt.

"What did I tell you to about fighting?!" she said with a deadly aura surrounding.

"G-gomen" we stuttered. Erza nodded and went back to eating her strawberry cake. We all shuddered.

"hey Natsu who's this?" Mira asked, pointing at Lucy.

"oh this is Luce"

"My name is Lucy get it right!" I pouted.

"Well hello Lucy it's nice meeting you" Mira said sweetly.

"Its nice to meet you too" Luce said shaking her hand.

"So our you looking to join the guild?"

Luce shook her head, "I don't think I'll be here for long."

"Yeah" I announced, "Since Luce's a genie once I grant all my wishes she has to go" I said sadly. I don't know why I was sad but it seems like losing her will be like losing a friend.

"A genie?! Ha don't be ridiculous." Popsicle said, laughing his ass off. I pouted

"I'm not lying!" The rest of the guild started to laugh until Luce interrupted them.

"Actually he isn't lying. I am a genie" The guild shut up immediately.

"Prove it!" Someone shouted.

Lucy then asked, "What do you wish for, Natsu?" I thought a bit.

"For us to be wizards like the ones in your stories?"

"Is that your final discussion?" I nodded. Then, just like before her eyes began to glow a bright golden yellow and weird symbols surrounded her legs, wrists, and her head and a bright light surrounded the entire guild. Once it disappeared, no one felt any different or at least I didn't.

"Luce nothing happened." She just smirked and walked up to me. She took my hand and placed it in her palm, palm side up.

"Close your eyes and think of the sun, think of heat, think of fire." I did what she told me. "Now open your eyes." Opened them to see a flame in my hand, my eyes widened.

"Wow"

"You're a fire dragon slayer"

"Really?" I looked up into her eyes, which somehow seemed to sparkle. I noticed how flawless her plan porcelain skin was, how beautiful and soft her long blond hair looked. I took a deep breath as I again looked into her endless deep brown eyes which seemed to flicker with the flame in my hand. Which seemed to grow a bit larger. I snapped out of my trance and put the fire out. I grinned my famous grin at her, "See I told you she was a genie!" I yelled to the rest of the guild.

Lucy explained to the rest of the guild what there powers were and how to use them and get strong in them. Lets just say she was exhausted. I told she can go back in her lamp and sleep. She nodded tiredly and with a cloud of smoke surrounding her body she entered her lamp. I sighed as I picked up her lamp gently and walked home.

As I walked I felt like I was being followed. As I turned the corner, I smelt something. Yes, smelt apparently being a fire dragon slayer means you get some dragon abilities. Anyway, it was the smell that has been following me since a left the guild. I tried to walk faster. But whoever it was still followed me. I turned the corner again, but it was a dead end!

"Well well well look what we have here" A man with a dark cloak on (A/N: Similar to the one Future Lucy wore)

"Who are you ? What do you want?" Natsu growled.

"My name is Hades and I want that lamp in your hands and if you would just hand it over I would appreciate it greatly"

"You're not taking Lucy!" Natsu screamed.

"Lucy, who's Lucy All I want is the genie in that pretty little lamp"

"That's Lucy and you're not getting her!" Hades's eyes narrowed into a glare that could kill.

"Oh I guarantee that I will" With that Hades advanced towards Natsu. Natsu advanced as well. Natsu used his new powers to his advantage but since he was new at this it was a bit weak. Also Hades was very fast and nimble despite being so old and was able to dodge Natsu's attacks. Hades kicked Natsu hard in back making him stumble before hitting him in a few pressure points making Natsu go numb. "Oh and I'll be taking this" Hades said as he picked up the lamp.

"NO!" Natsu screamed, "NO LUCY! GIVE HER BACK, YOU BASTARD! LUCYYYYY!"

Hades walked away with Lucy in his hand and an evil smirk on his face before he disappeared into the darkness.
