Reunited

(Your POV)

I walked the ruined halls by myself, no one to guide me as horrifying monsters tried to rip me to shreds. At least temmie was there to help a bit by feeding me and keeping me healed. I sighed and held her and my bag close, wondering where the hell Chara could be....

I then noticed a large tree in front of a rather intimidating yet quaint house. I soon walk up to it but pump into a goat man, he seemed sad yet intimidating at the same time. I stared at him in awe as Chara came running out and stopped as she saw me.

"Oh thank god you're awake now!!!" Chara said to me as I was still starring at the goat man. "Hello my child.....I am Asgore....caretaker of the ruins" the man or Asgore said in a deep rather frightening voice.

I smiled weakly at him as he grips on to my hand, gentle yet tight enough for me not to think of running away. Like I had choice, I was a weak orphan girl turning 18. I just sighed as we all went inside and went to have tea.....At least I'm reunited with my best friend.

About an hour or so in however I was getting bored with the place. Don't get me wrong Asgore was very comforting in a fatherly way, but I had the feeling Chara and I had to go home. Even if it was the orphanage, I wanted to be on the surface again. I could tell she felt the same.

I nudged her as I signaled her to look up at Asgore with me. We looked up at Asgore as I spoke up shyly, "Excuse m-me Asgore?". Asgore looked down at me and smiled at me. "Ah my child what do you need?" Asgore asked me.

I smiled nervously but Chara spoke up for me. "Dad....how do we go home?" Chara asked him with an innocent tone. Asgore seemed to be taken back by the answer and avoided by telling us gardening tips or this was our home.

I was getting kinda annoyed until he excused himself. Chara and I looked at each other before deciding to follow. I bit my lip clutching my bag Temmie shaking inside it, but staying silent as Chara and I went down stairs.

Once down their it was dead silent, I pulled Temmie out for comfort. She didn't mind so long as she felt helpful to me. I smiled then stopped as I over heard Asgore talking to someone. I stopped Chara as I leaned in to hear the conversation..

"I can't kill them....They are like my children...I am sorry..." Asgore said to someone behind the door. I listen as another male voice came in, "Goin soft old man? Common they should be easy...two little reds in a wolfs den.....". I growl on the inside. I am no little red, I may not be strong but I am sneaky.

I was snapped out of thought when Asgore said, "If I can not kill them you will...". My stomach dropped as he trusted another stranger to basically murder us! Chara was about to cry when she heard that and I stood up clutching Temmie tight, this caused her to sneeze and Asgore turned to see us.
