Addie's An Assistant

Trust

After Addie collected herself she started to yell. "Why did you bring me here?! Who do you think you are?!" She demanded. Snape ignored her at first and made sure all the windows and doors were locked. Once that was done he put a spell around the place to ensure no could apperate in or out. Before disarming the angry young upset witch.

"I am the one that just saved your life. I am doing my duty and honoring Dumbledore's last wish for me to protect you. This is my house you'll be safe here, until you start your new job as my assistant" Snape explained.

"You must be crazy to think I would trust you after what you've done" Addie said calmly sitting on the couch. "Why do you even care what Dumbledore wanted? You killed him" Addie stated. Snape sighed and sat across from her.

"I'll tell you everything later, right now I need to finish teaching you Occlumency" Snape explained taking out his wand. "All I can tell you is, you are safe with me" He said. "Now focus and you'll get this in no time, Legilimens" he said pointing his wand at her.

Addie was remembering what she did to her parents, she didn't want to remember that. She fought back using her own will power, remembering how the fake Professor Moody put everyone under the Imperious Curse. Harry and her were the only ones able to fight it off completely. Snape was impressed how she finally mastered Occlumency in less then an hour.But he nodded his head happily and prepared some tea for them to drink.

"Now that you know Occlumency, I can tell you everything. Do you remember Dumbledore's pensive?" Snape asked. Addie nodded and watched him pull it out of the closet. He placed some of his memories in it and told her to look. She did so and saw everything Harry saw in 'Deathly Hallows' part two.

Now she knew Professor Snape never betrayed Professor Dumbledore and why he killed him. He did it to gain Voldemort's complete trust. Snape then said "now you will not be going to Romania. Dumbledore in trusted me with your safety and the best why I can do that if you are where I can keep an eye on you. So you'll be my Assistant when school starts again. I promise when this war is over, you can go to Romania and work with dragons" he states.

Addie nodded, she understood his reasoning and didn't want to force him to break one of the last promises he had made to Dumbledore. "Now I'm afraid you cannot tell anyone where you are or have any contact with them. That includes your twin sister and George Weasley" he states.

"But his my boyfriend and what if she needs my help?" Addie asks after finishing her tea.

"Your sister will be fine she has Potter and the other Weasley to look after her. I promise you, you will see them all again before this war is over. You have to trust my judgement" Snape explained. Addie sighed in disappointment as she nodded. She knew she could trust him and he would keep his word.

"What about my owl and dog?" she asks.

"Was someone not going to look after your dog while you were in Romania?" he asks.

"Yeah, Bill and Fleur were going too" she states.

"Then they will look after it and your owl will be fine" he assure her. They talked about what her role will be as his assistant at Hogwarts. He told her what to do if she ever meet Voldemort.

He then showed her to his spare room and told her to get some rest. She did as she was told and changed into her pj's, brushed her teeth. Then climbed into bed and fell into a peaceful sleep wondering if those she cared about were ok.
