Punishment

When Addie came to she found herself tied to a chair in the Malfoy's living room. Voldemort's pet snake Nagini was circling her. She then heard the Dark Lord speak "honestly Adeline, I'm disappointed in you. I told you what would happen if you misbehave, did I not?" he asked. Addie nodded mutely as he came into view, she saw others in the room. But didn't know who they are, other then they were deatheaters.

"Why then would you disobey me? I know the mudblood is your older twin sister, but your loyalty is to me now" Voldemort states.

Addie laughed and said "no, my loyalty is not to you. And I wasn't going to stand by and watch Bellatrix torture my own sister. I was doing my duty to Dumbledore, by protecting Harry. It was his last order for me to follow. And I serve Snape not you" she adds smirking slightly.

When she finished Voldemort slapped her across the face and said. "How dare you speak to me that way. Severus works for me, there for you work for me and you belong to me. Now for your punishment,  Snape suggested something and I agreed. It is a wonderful idea, do you want hear it?" he asked.

Addie didn't answer so he continued "I know you cannot be controlled by the Imperious curse. Barty Crouch Junior told me only you and Harry Potter, could fight it off completely. So you are going to receive something to remind you of your place in my world" he states.

As he stepped forward with his wand in hand. Addie tried to get out of her restraints. But it was no use he rolled up her sleeve and put his wand to her skin. She felt a burning pain shot through her whole body. She screamed in agony as Voldemort and his deatheaters laughed at her misery.

Once the pain had stopped she was released of her bonds and she cried silently in her chair. "Now you are one of us and that mark can never be removed" Voldemort stated. He walked over to the long table where everyone else was sitting. Snape pulled Addie to her feet and pulled her to the table, as she glared at him. How could he let this happen to her? What happen to his promise to Dumbledore, to protect her?

She sat next to him as Voldemort started his meeting. When he brought out the old Muggle Studies teacher from Hogwarts. Addie tensed, but Snape put a hand on her shoulder to silent her protests. Then Nagini ate the witch in front of her and she turned away in disgust, as the deatheaters laughed.

Once the meeting was over Snape took her back to Hogwarts and told her to rest. Before she left he told her, she could hide her mark. As long as the other two deatheaters didn't see, but that she had to have on display when in their presents. Addie nodded and left the office feeling betrayed by her own protector.
