(Third P.O.V)
One week. That's all Kacey had given Blaze to train and he did it earnestly. Trevor,on the other hand trained his hardest everyday. He wasn't scared of losing but he also never taught himself to be confident to win. Kacey had been sparring with Trevor all her life. She knows him inside out. Kacey had seen Trevor being a beast in the arena before. And that's what she liked the most. In a fight,Trevor won't care whether you're a male or a female which causes him to go at his hardest against anyone.

Trevor likes to keep the beastly part of himself hidden. Not that he is ashamed of how he fights, he is just not himself. Trevor doesn't like giving control to his wolf when he fights. He defeated single-handedly a pack of rogues without the help of his wolf. The latter is strong, really strong, Trevor does let out his wolf to train cause it would be a shame for the Royal's Beta to be weak in any sense. Trevor's wolf stood tall, it was a pale grey wolf. The latter almost looks like a member of the Royal family. Back to the point, Trevor loves children, even when they cry and make a mess. He doesn't want any child to see the beastly side of himself cause that would forever haunt the mind of that child. Like he's been. Trevor still remembers those sleepless nights when he used to have nightmares of rogues ripping apart  his parents. The King and Queen were deceived by their closest family friend who was in contact with bloodsuckers. Greed makes you forget relationships and enmity it seems. Trevor swore to behead each and every of those cold,unfeeling bastards. His parents were peace lovers, they defended their own , never wronged anyone but they were still murdered in such a ruthless way.

Trevor still remembers the gore scenery. His parents' limbs, one by one, were ripped off of them. They were mauled to the vey core. He even saw one of those bloodsuckers trying to take away the blood. That was when his last straw snapped. At the age of 12, he killed his very first vampire. Oh well, kill is one way to put it subtly. Trevor clawed,mauled and ripped that bloody germ.
The 12-year old child was covered in blood from head to toe. The head of that vampire, he ripped it off and sent it through the hands of his own. Towards werewolves he can keep himself in check but when it comes to vampires , Trevor literally sees red. Not that he 'did' kill every vampire he came across. At first , he would calmly question them, if they are miserable or getting pursued, shunned etc.. He would've even offer them shelter. But once they prove to be a threat, he finishes them off cold-bloodedly.

Trevor doesn't believe in killing the weak, so even if those parasites are a threat, he kills them but at their strongest.
Coming back to reality, Trevor saw Kacey pacing. He smiled and stood up. Grabbing a chair, he made her sit.

"What's wrong Kacey?"

"Nothing , just thinking about your fight."

"Ahah, why are you thinking about my fight so much?" He teased.

"Because I don't want you to lose." She hesitated.

"Kace, that's the lamest thing you ever said to me."

She sighed.

"Fine fine. I wasn't thinking about that."

He nodded and gestured to continue.

"Trev, I'm sorry. I didn't tell you but I captured a Vampire."

He nodded again.

"I didn't want you to stress about my safety before your fight."

Trevor grinned widely and engulfed Kacey in a hug.

"I do know that you can protect yourself,you make me sound like a granny. I am so offended now." He teased.

Kacey grinned back and lightly punched Trevor's arm.

"Come on, get ready. You have a fight to win."

"Get ready? All I have to do is to strip."

"Yeah yeah. Do your thing. I'll just leave."

"I wouldn't mind if you stayed." He winked.

A few minutes later,both fighters were in the arena,with only spectators, Damiente and Kacey. The latter being the refree as she might be the only one to be able to separate the two testosterone packed bodies. Climbing in the arena, Kacey stated the rules and conditions.

"This match will have three rounds. The one to lose the last round will be the loser. Let me make myself clear. No underhand tricks,no hair pulling. I don't want a bloodbath so tap out if any of you can't handle the other. Ready ?"

Both males nodded.

"Very well boys, fight."

She stood to the back of the arena.

Blaze punched Trevor in the gut which caused him to grab Blaze's arm and propel him down. Trevor then punched Blaze's face. Just then Kacey sighed and thought:'Boys,boys. I could fall asleep looking at this.' Blaze's growling snapped Kacey out of her thoughts. He began to shift into his wolf. His muscles cracked,fur sprouted from his body. Kacey's eyes quickly snapped back to Trevor. He looked............... amused. Of course, Trevor would never shift to defeat Blaze but still she looked forward to what was going to happen. Blaze was a dark brown wolf. His wolf was quite big and muscular. All Kacey wanted to see was if Blaze could actually give Trevor a hard time.

Trevor just crossed his arms and stood there,with a light smile on his face. That seemed to fuel Blaze's anger more. Well when someone gets angry in a fight,his moves get sloppier and has more opening. Blaze leapt at Trevor causing the latter to grab his neck and push his down. Trevor gave him a chance to tap out. But he didn't. Instead he tried clawing at Trevor's hand which resulted in Blaze having a broken paw. Blaze limped on the paw but didn't show any sign of pain.

Minute by minute, Trevor kept bruising him. Blaze didn't cry in pain not did he give up. God help him as it was only the first round finished...
