Chapter 6: Los Angeles Califronia

We arrived in Los Angeles Califronia it took 15 hours We got off the plane then we went inside to get our bags we had to wait ten minutes for them then we got our bags and went out of the airport The weather was nothing like Australia it was hot 90 degrees. We got in some taxis and we told the driver where our hotel was we got to our hotel and got out the driver helped us carry our bags "Ill get that for you" he said with a smile. "Thank you" we said. We got in the elevator and went to the 34th floor this hotel had 102 floors. I took out the card for our door and went in the room The hotel room was big it had Two bed's, and a couch, and a chair, and a desk and one Tv. Thank goodness I thought. We put down our bags I decided to change while Karel went to the bathroom. I changed my clothes then I got a text it was from Cheif Wreckwill it said.

Cheif Wreckwill: Are you guys there?

Me: Yes we are in our hotel room.

I sent the text then she text back.

Cheif Wreckwill: good You'll start looking for him tomorrow goodnight.

I put my phone down then I turned on the Tv the news came on it was showing a man who looked like in his 30s it said his name was James Vignit he looked Russian and had killed two people and robbed a bank In los Angeles California on west street . It looked like the cousin of the store manager I thought. "Karel!" I shouted "Karel!" "Yeah" she said. "We have to go to West street right know!" I said grabbing my keys. "What! why?" Karel asked with a worried face. "Because they just showed the cousine on the news." I said. "But we just got here" Karel said. "Yeah I know but we have to leave!" I said yelling. "Ok hold on let me get my stuff" Karel said. We got our things and went down the elevator and went to our car and drove to West street We ran all the way to the crime scene. "Get back!" the polices shouted "get back!" they were ivestigating There were police and people coming out of the bank but not hurt. We showed them our badges "We're Federal agents!!" I shouted. They let us through the crime scene we went inside to see if they were any clues of the cousine then we saw a note on the desk it read Meet me in Meadow's Park you know who you are. We ran out of the bank got in the car a drove of all the way to the park. We got to the park we got out of the car then we looked around to see if we saw him then we saw him we ran and ran he was standing next to a statue of a famous person named George Wash. "Hi" He said in his Russian accent. "What do you want?!" we asked. "I want something that you have" he said smiling. "What is that?" I asked mad. "Your badge and gun" he said. "Here" I said giving him my badge and gun. "What are you doing?" Karel asked. "Dont worry I have a plan" I said. Smiling. "Just give him your badge" I said. "Give me your badge and gun!" He yelled. "I dont have a gun" Karel said. "Fine just give me the badge" he said. Karel gave him her badge. Then I took out my hand cuff's then he took the gun a shot me on my hand i dropped the hand cuffs then he ran "Karel ill be fine go after him!" I yellled as she started running. I looked at my hand it was bleeding a lot so I went back to the car. I used my jacket to hold the blood from coming out to much. I sat there waititng for Karel to come back. Karel came back but without the guy. "Are you ok? maybe you should go to he hospital" Karel said with a worried look on her face. "No ill be fine" I said. "We just have to get the cousin" I said. We drove back to the hotel and went back to our room after awhile the bleeding stopped and I went to go take a shower. While Karel made us some coffee from the coffee machine In our room. I finished taking my shower and I put on a red t-shirt and some blue jeans. Then I heard room service come Karel say to them that we didnt need anything and that we were fine. Then she closed the door after that I came out. I sat on the bed and drank my hot coffee while Karel was watching the X Factor and drinking her coffee. I haven't had time to watch the X factor since I went on this trip so I enjoyed the show while I had a chance to watch it. After the show we got ready for bed I put on a pink shirt and some green sleeping pants with white bunny's "Your wearing bunny sleeping pants" Karel laughed when she saw I was wearing them. "Yeah my daughter gave them to me for Christmas" I said smiling. "Ok" she said still laughing. After Karel had changed I went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth then Karel went to brush her teeth. I sat in the chair next to the window I liked Califronia Beach's hotel event though it was kind of close to the beach. Then I got a text from the same number from today it said

Unknown: Are you coming to meet me tomorrow? if you dont ill do something to your daughter

Me: Who is this?! I asked.

Unknown: You'll find out if you come. bye

I stared at the text thinking who it could be did I.. "Hey why did you let the guy go?' Karel asked me interrupting my thought. "What do you mean?" I asked "your the one who didnt catch him" I said. "No I mean when he was standing there and he asked for our badges and guns we just gave it to him" Karel said. "Because I wanted him to get away so when Cheif Wreckwill is tracking us to make sure we're doing our job she can find him and they'll catch him instead" I said smiling.
