At home, a confused yet devastated Seung Hye was on her bed, shifting around to make herself comfortable. 

What happened during the day made her unable to fall asleep. The declaration that Kris did had made her poor mind at work.

Suddenly, her phone vibrates. It was a text message from Nari.

- Hey, are you still awake?

- Yeah im still awake. What is it Nari?

- I know you're not okay. I heard about what happened at campus, you know.. about Kris...

'What he did was unacceptable.' She exclaim in her head.

- Nari, I don't know what to do anymore. I'm so confused. My mind can't work and it's making it harder to think straight.

He asked me to date him but I walked away.

- Seung Hye-ah .. It's time for you to move on and get to know this new love. I'm sure that Chanyeol would want you to move on. He loves you and always will be.. You know that too, don't you?

Seung Hye just sobbed as she knew what Nari said was true. She knew that Chanyeol would have answered the same thing too.

[FLASHBACK]

Seung Hye laid her head on Chanyeol's lap. They were lazing around the couch while watching a movie. It was raining outside. Suddenly a question popped in her head. " Chanyeol, what if one day a different guy love me? Will you protect me?"

She was curious to what his answer would be. Chanyeol just chuckled while he entwine his fingers with hers. " I will let him love you."

Dazed by his answer, she look into his eyes. "Why is that?"

"I still haven't finish telling you. If he loves you and you happen to also have feelings for him, I will let you go. Because I love you too much. I want to keep you happy even if it risk me."

Seung Hye sit still and pinch his cheeks hard. "Aa, ahh~ Seung Hye stop...it hurts," Chanyeol begged her to stop pinching but she was upset with him. He grab her waist and pull her forward and kiss her lips. After a few seconds, he let go. " You know my cheeks hurt."

She blushed. "Yah!" Chanyeol ran away from the couch and she chased after him.

[Present]

- Nari, help me. What should I do? I was furious at him.

- don't worry, just trust this love expert. For now, just get some sleep. Remember, you still have your finals coming up. Good night, Seung Hye.

- goodnight too nari ~ thanks for the advice
