I've been questioning my sexuality, but also been questioning weather or not I'm too young to be questioning it at all. What age is too young to be thinking about stuff like this?

There's no numerical age for that. It all depends on maturity. Nico knew when he was really little, and I only really figured it out last year. 

If you think you're ready to consider dating, then yeah, you're definitely old enough to think about sexuality.

Just don't stress over it.
