Chapter 2; It Was An Accident!

Monday, Januray 11th

❀6:00 am❀

Bryn's POV:

'Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep'

My alarm went off so I turned on my side, slowly sitting up and making my way to my desk to turn it off.

I took a shower last night so I wouldn't have to take one this morning. So I picked out my outfit and changed.

I was wearing a black and white long sleeve striped crop top with light washed high waisted jeans and white converse. [outfit above]

For my hair I simply just straightened it and went downstairs to get something for breakfast.

"Good morning honey, I made pancakes for breakfast. Help yourself," my mom chirped. "Ok, thanks," I smiled as she walked out of the kitchen with a cup of coffee in her hand.

I grabbed 3 pancakes off the plate and put them on my own, covering them with maple syrup. The house was rather quiet, considering Alex is actually asleep for once and not up early.

Once I finished eating I put my plate in the sink and went up stairs to brush my teeth.

I brushed my teeth, put on deodorant, brushed my hair again, and applied body spray.

I grab my phone off my desk and hit the home button. 7:09.

The bus comes at 7:15 so I put my phone in my back pocket, put my army green coat on along with my gray infinity scarf and grab my backpack.

"Mom, I'm going to the bus stop," I yelled. "Ok honey, have a good day at school," she replied.

"I'll try, love you," I responded. "Love you too," she answered.

I opened the door, the cool winter breeze gliding across my face. I close the door behind me and walk to my bus stop.

About 5 minutes later the bus arrives and I run on, hoping there is some heat. I go to my seat that I sit in with my best friend, Blair Harper.

She can be a bit talkative and hyper sometimes.

Ok let me rephrase that, all the time.

"Hey Bryn," Blair said happily. "Hey," I said, sitting beside her.

"How was your birthday? What'd you do," she asked me. "Well, I had cake and went shopping and watched Netflix," I told her. "Sounds like the perfect birthday to me," she shrugged.

"I know, right," I chuckled.

"Ok class, your only homework is page 67, problems 1-10 and 14," my math teacher told the class.

The bell rang and students flooded the halls so they could get home as fast as possible. This place is not like a prison: it is a prison.
