Four: Kathy From Miami

The humid summer air of Florida greeted two teens as they got off the plane from Paris.

"The warm air here feels so good on my skin!" Marinette extended her arms and swirled around. "It's wonderful."

Adrien laughed at her child-like behavior. "My limo is waiting Mari. Wanna join me?" He interlocked their fingers and gave her a quick peck on the cheek.

She blushed and nodded. "What are we waiting for then!?" She pulled his arm and rushed to the limo, with their luggage trailing behind.

"Marinette, wait!" He yelled.

Marinette pressed her hands against the glass in the limo and watched the passing scenery. Palms stretched above houses and orange blossoms littered the streets. "Look! Aunt Kathy's mansion!" Marinette pointed out the window to a magnificent white mansion. Adrien was in awe of the structure. His home wasn't nearly as beautiful as Marinette's aunt's. Her's actually looked lived in. It looked, homey?

They pulled up to the drive through and Adrien helped Marinette out of the car with her luggage. Marinette pressed the doorbell and an ear-piercing boat-horn noise rang through the air. Seconds later, a tall red-headed women with blue eyes answered the door. She immediately recognized Marinette and squeezed her in a bone-crushing hug. "Oh, my little Mar-Mar I all grown up! And who's this you've brought with you?" She motioned to the blonde standing awkwardly in the doorway.

"H-he is.....um......." Marinette didn't really know what to tell her. She herself didn't know what to call their relationship.

Adrien stepped in and helped her. "I'm her boyfriend! Adrien. Adrien Agreste." He hugged Marinette from behind. "You must be Katherine! Mari has told me so much about you."

Kathy leaned her head to the side and clasped her hands together. "Awe! Mar-Mar didn't tell me she had a boyfriend~"

Adrien kissed Marinette's cheek. "I'll see you soon princess. A model's work is never done. I love you."

She grabbed his face in her hands and pecked him on the lips. "Until then, my knight. I love you."

"Oh, how you tease me!" He fake groaned.

Kathy watched the two in-love teens say their goodbyes. They reminded her of a certain pair she use to know, well, still does.

After dinner and a lot of catching up, Marinette started unpacking when she realized she still had to break the news to her aunt about going on Adrien's tour. She hesitantly made her way down the dark mansion halls, ending up in the living room. She found aunt Kathy on the couch talking to someone or rather something. Marinette gasped when she saw a peacock themed Kwami floating in front of Kathy.

"Paik, I have a plan to get our Miraculous back from Hawkmoth."

"Y-you have a Miraculous!?"

Kathy cringed and slowly turned her face towards Marinette. "H-hey Mar-Mar! What's up?" She asked nervously.

Marinette rushed up to her aunt and stuck a finger into her chest. "Don't "Mar-Mar" me. I saw that Kwami." She death glared Kathy.

"How did you know he was a Kwami?" Kat asked skeptically.

"I," she sighed, "alright, you caught me."

I rushed this because I was prank calling people this week. I know.......I'm so weird.
