It had been a long night for the Winchesters. They had to take on a very angry windego that obviously wanted them dead. But really what monster didn't want them dead. Dean was tired but he decided to stay up for one more beer. They had to get a hotel since they were both so tired and didn't really want to drive all they way back to the bunker. Cas poofed in and scared Dean so bad he almost spilled his beer which made him angry "god damnit Cas what did I tell you about just poofing in randomly. One of these days I'm gonna have a heart attack!"  Dean stood up from the dirty hotel bed and set his beer down. "I'm sorry Dean I didn't mean to scare you. I was just alone and thought we could talk." Cas did this little half smile that made Dean do the same. "Actually Cas I was about to go to bed. Sorry"

Dean sat back down on the brown tinted bed (they're supposed to be white but yaknow how hotels are). "It's okay Dean..... Is it okay if I stay here?" Cas said questioning if he should ask because he already knew the answer. No. "Sure Cas. We have some books over there if you wanna read." Dean said grabbing some pajamas and going to the bathroom. Cas was shocked. Every single time he has asked Dean if he could stay in the hotel Dean has always said no. No matter what condition the hotel was. No matter if Sammy was there or not. He would never let Cas stay. It was always be "no way that's happening Cas." Or "go find something else to do." So this was insanley confusing to Cas.

When Dean walked back out he saw Cas sitting there with a confused look on his face "something wrong?" Dean asked grabbing his tooth brush and waiting by the bathroom door for an answer. "No. It's just you never let me stay here. What has changed your mind now?"  Cas asked doing the head tilt he always does. Dean shrugged "I don't know. Guess I'm just in a good mood." He smiled and went to brush his teeth.

While Dean was sleeping Cas was reading most of the books there. He learned to read through them fast. He was reading one for, what he was guessing, young teens. It was called "Percy Jackson the Lightning Theif" Cas read through that in about 15 minuets. He found it quite interesting but a little to young for him. He laughed at how the writer, Rick Riordan, portrayed the gods.

After reading about half of the books there Castiel started to get bored. He wondered what Dean was dreaming about. He's seen Dean's dreams before and they ranged from Dean sitting quietly fishing or him at a strip bar which scarred Cas the first time he saw that dream. Cas was tempted to poof into Dean's mind just to see what he was dreaming about this night but he didn't want to invade his privacy. He looked back over at the books he was getting bored of. Then back at Dean. One peek couldn't hurt.

Cas quickly peeked into Dean's head to see a scene he'd never imagine. It was the bunker. In the Kitchen to be specific. Dean was sitting down at the small table in the room and drinking a beer. He was with Castiel! The real Cas was confused on what was going on because this was nothing like his old dreams. "Cas I can't keep doing this anymore." The real Cas was trying not to say anything and just hide away waiting for someone to say something. "What do you mean Dean?" Dream Cas did the head tilt he always does and his famous eye-squint. "I can't keep holding myself back. Keeping it all in. Sammy says I should just tell you. And I think I should." Both Cas' were confused and suddenly Dean stood up and walked over to dream-Cas. "I've been waiting to do this." Dean leaned in for a kiss when Cas was shot out of his dream. Dean had awoken.

They were both up sitting there awkwardly as Cas quickly picks up a book and starts reading. "Cas.... I... I can't keep doing this anymore..." Cas looked up with insane deja vu. "Doing what Dean?" Cas asked putting his book down. "This. Kepping everything in. Holding myself back. I can't keep doing it." Dean stood up and sat down right next to Cas. Everything happened. Just like the dream. Different setting. Different wording. But same exact kiss. And Castiel loved every second of it.
