Blood. So much blood. Dean's eyes flashed back to green, what has he done. The lifeless body hung in his arms, the bright blue eyes opened and empty. Dean didn't know what to think. His best friend. His angel. He's gone, and it's all his fault. The weight of the body seemed to grow heavier as Dean was brought back more and more into reality. "Cas, wake up. Please, cmon buddy please." A small tear fell from Dean's left eye, releasing the rest of tears he was trying to keep in.
He took the blade out of the angels chest and pulled the body close to him. He could now see the wings that this angel once had, so big and beautiful. But now the feathers were falling slowly, one by one. "You're going to kill everyone you love Dean! Including Castiel." Sammy's words rung in his ears. It happened. Everything Cain told him. Everything his brother told him. It came true. He had nothing. He killed his brother, and now his angel. Everyone he loved, gone.
He lifted the body he once called his angel, and carried it to his car. There he sat the body on the ground and laid down next to it. "Castiel, I know I've never said it, but I love you so much. You are always there, always caring. Everytime you didn't understand something or needed help with something, it was the cutest thing I had ever seen. I love you. I'm so sorry for what I have become. I'm a monster, I didn't deserve you. I'm sorry." Dean choked on those last words.
Next. "Sammy. My little brother. None of this should have happened to you. You should have had a nice life at Stanford. You should have grown up with Jess and started a family. I'm so sorry for what I've done. I ruined your life. If I had just left you alone, you would have had the life you always wanted. I hope I can make it up to you if I ever see you again. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Dean took the gun he had out of his pocket. "I'll be there soon, little brother."
