Elliot paced around where Trik and Alphonse had vanished, his middle and pointer fingers on the temples of his head; he was mumbling to himself angrily.
Rev and Phelyx were watching him do this, and had been discussing what to do now.
"We can't just go barging into that kingdom" Rev sighed as he spoke, not noticing he had grabbed Elliot's attention.
"I hate to say it, but she could be dead by now for all we know..." Phelyx's voice was shaky. He had never had many friends as a kid. In fact, those three were just about his only friends.
"This could've been much easier--" Rev was interrupted by Elliot's voice.
"Yeah. Maybe. If you guys had helped me out a bit!!" He screeched. He was extremely pissed off.
"E-Elliot! We couldn't--" Phelyx couldn't even finish before Elliot started yelling once again.
"Sure just leave Elliot to save the day! Leave Trik's life in Elliot's hands against a Noble vampire!!"
Rev clenched his fists and teeth. He walked over to Elliot and before he had time to react, grabbed him by the collar of the shirt and punched him; using his mechanical arm.
He seemed angry because he continued to do this about three times until he threw Elliot to the ground furiously.
Elliot's eyes were wide as he held his hand up shakily signaling defeat. Rev ignored it and kicked him once in the stomach, extremely hard.
"R-rev stop!" Phelyx never liked violence. In fact, he hated the smell, color, and big proportions of blood.
Revs fists were clenched so tightly his hands were shaking.
"Why do you have to act so selfish when your upset?" He questioned.
Elliot held his bloody nose as he could only stare at Rev hoping he wouldn't attack him again.
"Don't you dare think you have a right to yell at us. Because in case you've forgotten, I knew her first!"
And with that, Rev spun around and began walking away.
As Elliot watched him carefully, he saw tears from behind Rev's sunglasses. He was crying, but tried to hide it.
Three months after that, nothing changed. Rev seemed angrier than he usually was, and Phelyx was more... quiet.
As Elliot watched the snow fall into his hand, he studied it. How none of them ever looked the same, and how no two would ever look alike; once they're gone, that's it.
He walked through the abandoned town looking at all the places him and Trik used to play at as kids.
"When I grow up, I wanna climb a giant mountain!"
"Why a mountain Trik? Aren't you scared you'll fall?"
"No! Of course not! I wanna climb a mountain so that I'll be the tallest person in the universe!"
Elliot smiled sadly at the memory, knowing that she was most likely gone, and never coming back. Just like a snowflake...
Suddenly he got an extreme headache. Not the typical one you get when you're sick. No, this one seemed like someone bashed his head into the concrete multiple times.
As he gripped the side of his head he heard an unfamiliar voice speak to him, a flashback? He'd never heard this voice in his entire life.
It sounded like a demons voice. Actually it sounded like Multiple demon voices, speaking to him at once.
"Y'know, kids like you should really be minding they're own business... I guess royalty does spoil children after all."
A few moments passed, and after a while, he regained his train of thought.
He shook it off, and walked downtown to get supplies for the week.
