Elliot sat in a meadow he had his horse bring him to. It was behind the group's training forest.

He sat in the meadow as the sun was setting painting the sky in a bright and warm, orange and purple.

He sat there, hair blowing from the warm breeze, but wasn't watching nature. He had a book in his hand; specifically, Vampire history.

He didn't know why, but he felt the urge to understand the origins of them.

His eyes scanned over the table of contents as something caught his eye.

" "Historical Families" huh?"

He flipped to the page and scanned it with his eyes. He read about the king, Queen, and the two sons.

The sons were what interested him the most.

He flipped the page again and stared at the picture in front of him.

It was a picture of the two sons, as well as their names and ages labeling them.

"Huh. I didn't know Derek had a brother? He's eight years older than this kid too heheh."

He resumed his flipping of pages and found a shocking caption.

Pasts and presents.

Instead of scanning the caption, he full fledged read it, out loud.

"After the attack of Mages, the family of four was split up majorly. The mother who was killed by a suicide murder attack, from non other than Korey (see page 221 for details). The father who was presumably dead from Korey and his gang of mages. Derek, who was twelve at the time, had taken his brother and left. The young 4 year old has never been found." ..I didn't know he went through that... That's horrible..."

Elliot flipped to the page about the Mage gang and read about them, repeating the names to himself.

"Korey, Russel, Fynn, Eivee......." Uh...?" The last page was marked out in black. He shrugged and looked up. The sun had set already. The sky was almost midnight black.

He stood up, stretching his arms out with a loud crack. He got onto his horse once again and rode away.

Rev was wondering around boredly. He was in his sweat pants and a white tank top. He grabbed a pudding cup from the fridge.

As he walked down the hallway he stopped. Walking backwards he peaked into Elliot's room.

He shrugged and walked in eagerly, thinking he'd find that he'd been gushing over pictures of Trik. He started laughing at the thought.

He walked over to the desk and picked up a huge piece of paper. But what he saw on it made his blood boil with anger.

---

As Elliot slid on his sword holder, he had a stern face on, his eyes narrow, as he was in deep thought.

As he put his hand on the doorknob he heard a voice pierce his ears from behind.
