We left right on time, Dallas was a far bus ride from Jersey. We all gathered into the lounge area of the bus and we discussed our plans. We all headed to the bunk area to see what bunks we wanted. I got on the top Bunk and Gerard picked the other bunk that was right across from me. We all pleased our items and set up our bunks for when we go to sleep. My bunk consisted of, black sheet set, my black with blood splattered comforter (in my head I imagine it to look cool, who knows), 2 black pillows for the wall in the back where my head would lay against, I had 2 pillow pets one was a black cat and the other one was a penguin (tbh I can't sleep without a pillow pet bc they are so comfy and I can't sleep with a regular pillow after I used one! You should definitely buy one if you don't have one best investment I ever made tbh!), I put my luggages filled with clothes, shoes, makeup at the end where my feet would go because there was a big amount of space, I put my chargers near the power outlet right next to the wall, I put my computer, iPod, DS, and phone on the side of my pillow where there was space to place them there, and then I put my bag of art supplies, and my sketch book in the middle of my bed because I was gonna draw soon. The other members were still getting there bunk space ready and then I forgot I brought Christmas lights to hang around my bunk space for a cool lighting vibe, and I forgot to hang some artwork on my wall along with posters of bands I listened to. Now my bunk space was complete. I was happy with what it looked like. So I hopped off my bunk grabbed my art stuff to draw and headed to the lounge where I say down on the floor so I could be with the hit of the little coffee table. Everyone was still getting there bunks ready even Gerard was. I snuck in and got my iPod and earphones. I stuck my earphones in my ear and blasted my iPod on shuffle and it started playing Smashing Pumpkins, song called Tonight and snuck out to the lounge. I sat back down on the  hardwood floor with a black rug under the coffee table which I say on. I opened up my sketchbook to a fresh page and took out some different HB shade pencils, charcoal pencils with different shades, special markers, watercolor pencils, acrylic paint, color pencils, and oil pastels. I decided to hum my tunes when I drew. I was so concentrated on drawing a sunset over a valley of flowers with a shadow of a young couple holding hands staring off in the distance, I stuck my tongue out of the side of my mouth. I  was almost done drawing the sunset so I moved onto the valley of flowers. It took awhile and then my iPod started to play the song Today by The Smashing Pumpkins which is one of my favorite songs. I started to sing the lyrics and I didn't realize because I had my earbuds blasting on the highest level. I felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I lowered my music and took out my left earbud, I turn around and there was Gerard. "Sorry, I didn't mean for to lose your concentration on your drawing but I really wanted to tell you your picture your drawing is so beautiful. I can't even draw that excellent as you can. And also you have a great taste in music because Today by the Smashing Pumpkins is my favorite song of all time." Gee smiled down at me. I was trying to hid my blush while I smiled so I looked down at my picture and said "Thank you Gerard. I bet you are an excellent artist 10 times better than me. I would love to see your art work sometime. I'm just curious on how long were you watching me? I'm not going to judge." I looked up at him with his dreamy hazel eyes to give him contact. "I was here when you finished the sunset and finished the valley. Okay sure I'll show you my art work after you finish painting that couple. And you can show me your artwork first of you like. No I'm 10 times worst than you." Gerard smiled and looked into my e/c making me almost blush when I smiled. Gerard did his little laugh at the end which made me laugh alittle. "Sure and I don't mind you watching me draw I'm honored because nobody ever watches me draw." I let in alittle exchange of laughs. "Yeah after I get done painting the couple I will look at your artwork and show you mine." I said Gerard nodded in agreement. I went back to drawing and Gerard watched every move I did. I finished and it came out pretty good. "Wow, y/n that's excellent you spent like 4 hours drawing that! It's amazing." Gerard smiled and looked so amazed at my drawing. "Thank you so much. How about you get your sketch book and show me your artwork and then I'll show mine visa versa. Then maybe you can draw something and I'll watch if that's okay." I smiled. He hurried up and ran to his bunk that was right across from mine. The rest of our band mates are talking back and fourth in the bunk area leaving me and Gerard together in the lounge by ourselves. I smiled to myself because I actually think Gerard is attractive and we have somethings in common already. Gerard got all his stuff for art but he came to a stop when Frank whispered to him and he smiled and blushed in my direction and I pretended not to look so I got out my phone and pretended to text. He came over and say right next to me on the floor and laid his stuff down on the coffee table. He placed his sketchbook in the middle of us and he scooted himself closer to me. He opened his sketch book and I was amazed it was filled with comics, superheroes, supernatural stuff, and stuff. It was completely creative. "Wow, Gerard your work is so outstanding I'm amazed it so amazing." I smiled and looked into his hazel eyes. "Thanks, y/n! It means a lot! Not many people are interested in my artwork. It's you and my band!" He smiled md "Let's see what you have y/n." I showed him my artwork I have done, they are symbols, random, scenery, people, and some supernatural ones. Gerard loved my art a lot and loved my style of drawing.
After that Gerard decided to draw a comic and my god it was fantastic, the color, and the quality. It was beautiful! Later after he finished drawing it was 10:00 pm, and we talked about random things. We got to know each other better. Gerard was a really nice guy who I was beginning to fall hard on. We decided to head to bed after we gathered our art stuff the other guys were looking at us like we were weirdos and we both smiled trying to hold back our blushes. We said our good nights and headed to sleep because tomorrow was gonna be a long day because we have warped tour in Dallas. I went to bed feeling great. I wondered if Gerard liked me the way I did.
