Nancys perspective

"Your mom is very sweet" I said

"I can say the same about yours" James smiled

"Where are we walking to?" i questioned hopefully a ways away so then we could talk a bit more. I really do enjoy talking to him.

"Well I'm going to be honest with you, I have no idea where we are walking to, I haven't really been around much here" James said while looking down as if he was embarrassed

"well follow me, I know just the perfect place" I let go of his arm and started to run while looking back at him, then I stopped dead in my tracks. "well are you coming or not" i stated to James who was there just staring at me

"Im coming, I'm coming" he yelled while running to me, smiling from ear to ear

Just as we were passing the corner we came to the place where i loved to come most, the pond. I loved it here most because we can see the ducks, they are so peaceful, and beautiful.

"I love this place, I used to come here all the time and write, isn't beautiful?" I asked

"yes" he simply answered while looking at me, I looked down blushing. Was he talking about me or the pond?...

"well come on now, lets go to the bench, it has the best views" I smiled and walked on over to the bench with me

I sat down on the bench, as I was looking at the pond with all the Ducks in it, I couldn't help but notice that James was looking at me, well more like staring.

"James why are you starting at me" I said while turning my head to look into his charming eyes.

"I cant help my self but look at beautiful things, sorry its a habit" I blushed as he said that, he's so kind

"thank you for the compliment, thats very sweet of you James" I smiled, I seem to be smiling a lot more lately, its okay though.

"well i better be getting home now before my mom thinks I'm off doing mischief" i said whilst standing up

"when will i see you again, Nancy" he said with his hopeful eyes

"well i suppose during school, tomorrow"

"okay, see you tomorrow Nancy" he smiled

"don't be silly you still have to walk me home" i winked, and in that moment i could feel that everything was going to change.
