"Derek likes me" i murmured

"Who is he?" Laylah said

"Dont be stupid! He is blake's older brother" Michaela said

"What is the problem then" laylah asked

"Come her Laylah" Michaella said

They went away for awhile and then came back

The bell rang signals lunch ends

"Dont wanna be late" i told them

I left to my classroom and they went to theirs, they take chemistry together.

When I entered the classroom I remember I take my literature class with Blake.

I was looking forward for him to continue the lames jokes he made you will laugh because its just so damn lame.

Class was half way done but my lame joker isnt here.

"You cant put me in detention for making out with someone" i told the teacher

"Yes i can and i am because you did in the gym and you skipped class" he told me

"Okay how many hours?" I asked

"3" he said

"What?! This is my last period!" I told him

i was gonna offer becka a ride home today since our houses are really close.

I drove home alone.

Nothing interesting happened in detention today usually some girl would come in like Jessica but none today

Once i got home and I went up straight

"Wait" i heard a voice

"Come down young man" my mom said

I went back down the stairs and went to the kitchen

"Why'd you come home so late?" She asked

I cant tell her i got detention she'll kill me

"Um you know basketball practice" i said

I mentally high fived myself good excuse

"Okay" my mom said

"May I go up now?" I asked

"Listen our family has a good name okay? We are very good in our business and you should not destroy our name" she told me

I dont like where this is going

"I know" i said

"Remember your school is the most prestigious Private School in the America" she told me

"Yeah i know mom" i said

"So how are you and Jessica?" She asked with a smile
