I arrived at my English class and most people were already sitting down. I took my seat at the back of the class, alone of course and waited for the teacher to come.

Two minutes later is when the teacher came and immediantly the class settled down as he began to continue with Macbeth.

Ten minutes into the lesson there was a knock at the door, causing everyone to turn their heads to the door. The door creaked open slightly, then a little bit more, then further. The whole class waited in anticipation to who was behind the door whilst I was thinking why whoever behind the door couldn't just open it straight away like a normal person.

When the door finally opened all the way I saw it was the newboy. I heard a few gasps and whispers but I just held back a groan. No, no, no, not him.

"Excuse me how may I help you?" our English teacher asked.

"Urm is this year11 English set 1?"

"Yes, are you meant to be in this class?"

"Yeah that's what it says on my timetable"

"Ah yes you must be the new student, Ayden Hughs right?"

"Yup that's me"

"I'm guessing you got lost"

"Yeah sorry for being late"

"It's alright it's your first day at a new school but didn't you have someone to show you around at least?"

"Yeah actually I did" He stated a matter of factly before his eyes found his way to mine. "But she left me and went to her own class" He said still staring at me directly in the eyes. I told him it was on him if he got lost so it's really not my business or problem.

"How irresponsible of that person" Mr Smith said, shaking his head.

"Yes I agree" he stated with a smirk playing on his lips as he continued to stare at me. I lowered my head so I wouldn't have to look at him. He was already pissing me off.

"Well just take a seat somewhere Ayden"

The boy best not sit next to me like I told him but once again I heard the chair being pulled bag and a bag placed onto the floor. I clenched my teeth together. I wanted to wipe that stupid smirk off his face that he's had since he walked into the class.

"Since Ayden chose to sit next to you Taylor you'll have to give hin a brief explanation of what we've been doing the past 2 months" Oh come on why is it me that has to always has to help him. I'm sure loads of other girls wouldn't mind doing it.

"Alright sir"

"I was expecting you to say-" the new boy began but I cut him off before he could finish

"If you think I'm going to say sorry then you're delusional"

"If you had let me finish my sentence I was going to say that I was expecting you to say no."

"I'm a nice person why on earth would I say no?" The minute that came out of my mouth he looked at me as if I was crazy. His sudden change of facial expression was quite funny that I couldn't help but let a laugh out.

"Yeah right and because you have just been so nice to me" he laughed "Are you like that everyday or is it the time of the month?"

"Like what" I asked even though I already knew what he meant.

"Like you know...moody, pissed and that constant facial expression that you'll rather kill yourself than be here"

"Well... then i'm like that everyday" I stated truthly
