Sakura pulled herself out of bed as he alarm rang through her room. She still had about an hour until training started, but she liked to be early. Unlike Naruto. Stupid baka.....he wasn't as bad as Kakashi though. Kaashi was the one who SET the meetings, and he's the LEADER! So why was he always late? She sighed, chuckin her pajamas into the hamper as she got changed. She couldn't blame it. She'd recently found out why, though she'd never tell him, or anyone else for that matter. She shouldn't have been eavesdropping on the older nin in the first place. She couldn't help the crush she'd started to have on him. She sighed as she ruffled a hand through her hair, it was just like her to like someone she can't have. It was like Sasuke all over again. Or maybe not just like Sasuke....he was worse. Sakura, always ready to start the day ans be proactive, smiled genuinly as she slid open her window, and jumped out.

It had become a habit of hers now, waking up early. Usually it was for training, but in the last month, it'd been to watch Kakashi in the mornings. He visited a grave everyday, and stayed there for hours, yet somehow he always seemed so happy when he met up with them. Sakura was careful not to make any noise as she got comfortable, sitting in a tree that shadowed the grave sight. He looked so glum when he visited, so why did he go there every morning? Sakura would probably never know. It was unfortunate that soon Kakashi's squad, including Sakura, would soon be leaving to lead their own teams. But, that did mean she was old enough to date him...not that she'd want to date him of course! He's tardy and blunt and....handsome...and strong...and smart....and....She shook her head, trying to shake the thoughts from her head. 'No no, stop going there!' She thought with a frown, quickly trying to get as far away from Kakashi as possible.

She found herself in the park, the sakura blossom trees around her just barelly pinking. They would be ready to fall soon. She tilted her head up, taking a deep breath as the wind blew through the park, bringing the scent of the flowers to her. She began to walk down the cracked path, remembering the desperation she'd felt the night Sasuke left. It was over now, she didn't need to think of it. She could move on. 'Maybe move on to Kakashi?' He brain refused to give up! She groaned, fidning a tree to collapse against.
"Hey Sakura! Funny finding you here!" Naruto shouted, disrupting her peace of mind. She groaned, sitting up.
"Naruto, how much worse can your timing get?" She muttered angrily, facing him with her hands on her hips. He got that dumb look on his face as he looked at her, grinning.
"Wow Sakura, you look great!" He said, clearly checking her out. Her hand curled into a fist.
"Naruto." She growled out, she swore she could *feel* the wrinkles on her forehead. Naruto chuckled, hands up as he backed away.
"Woah, sorry Sakura!" He was still joking. Stupid jerk! She wanted to punch him so bad...
"Naruto, Sakura. I did not expect you two to be here as well." Sai said in his usual monotone voice. He'd grown too, he'd grown used to emotions, but was still very calm most of the time.
"I heard there was a barbeque here. I'm really craving some hotdogs." Naruo replied, and Sakura could swear her was drewling.
"I'm assuming that's because you don't have a weiner of your own?" Sai asked, and Sakura couldn't sop the fit of laughter that bursts from her lips.
"Hey!" Naruto objected, descending into an argument with the pale ninja. Sakura took this as her chance to escape, and quickly made her way out of the park.

"Good morning Sakura!" Oh god, who is it now? Sakura asked herself as she turned to glare at the figure staring at her from atop a fence. Her glare melted into a blush as she stared up into Kakashi's only visible eye.
"K-kakashi! Good morning!" She replied quickly, cursing her luck as she rubbed at her cheeks to get rid of the blood rushing to them.
"Going for a stroll?" Kakashi asked cheerfully, jumping down from the wall to stand next to her, with what she assumed was a smile.
"Uh, yeah, I guess." Sakura replied witha small smile of her own. 'I wanted to go hooooome!' Sakura groaned inwardly. 'Just my luck.'
"How are you this fine morning?" Kakashi asked, looking down at her as she reluctantly began to 'stroll' next to him.
"I'm good. I'm doing great!" Sakura replied, a bit too quickly. "H-how about you?" Sakura asked in return, her mind stumbling over common curtesy.
"I'm doing great." Kakashi replied, looking back up, towards the sky as they walked. "I could walk you to your house if you want?" Kakashi asked, and Sakura quickly nodded, not trusting her voice. Kakashi smiled, keeping true to his word, as soon they were standing outside her house.
"Uh...thanks." She spoke up, smiling shyly and refusing to make eye contact. She finally looked up, after a few seconds of Kakashi being silent, and caught his eye. She was only 2 inches shorter than him now, and could see his face without having to look up. Her muscles were toned, and she had the same tattoo that Tsunade had on, she had to admit, she liked being more busty than she'd been as a child. She'd hated being made fun of for her flat chest. Plus, it didn't hurt to look like she did when talking to guys. Except for Kakashi. God he made her feel like a kid.
Before she could think, she had reached up to cup his face, earning a curious glance from the other nin. She quickly jumped awya, bowing quickly. "Sorry! I don't know..um, I'll see you later." Sakura quickly rushed into her house, slamming the door behind her and cringing. 'Oh my gods, what did I do? It can't be that bad...right?' She thought, head in her hands. She sat on her couch, groaning. Oh gods.

She avoiding leaving the house all together for the next few days. Sure, it didn't sound that bad when she thought it over, but she couldn't help how she felt when looking back at that moment. It was so emberassing! Sakura groaned, screaming into her pillow. She had to leave the house eventually. It wouldn't kill her to get out of the house. Maybe if she just waits until it's later? Like...night time! Yeah, there's no way he'd be out at night. She needed to go shopping, and she was sure that the maret would be open until at least 11. Gods...she felt like a child. Why was she avoiding him? She should be the adult that she is and own up to her stupid crush. The worst that could happen was him saying no. And maing fun of her....Naruot finding out.... she groaned.

So, about six hours later, she was dressed in a flowing light pink dress, dark purple flowers stitched into the bottom. She opened her door, taking a deep breath of the crisp night air. She was glad that the village had been so peaceful lately. She was lucky to live in such a peaceful village, as most of the others were still riddled with war and problems.
She stepped into black flats as she stepped out of her house, making her way down the path towards the market. A creak made her jolt, and she glanced around quickly. A cat skittered across the path, and she took a calming breath. Still, she couldn't help but be a little paranoid at night. She sped up, hopin that the faster she got there, the faster she got home.
Sakura somehow found herself in the park, and sighed. She might as well take a break outside, it had been a while since she'd visited. The cherry blossoms were fallin this time of year, and she smiled as the wind picked up the petals and swirled down the path. The cool summer breeze was nice, washing over her as it danced with the petals.
The moon cast her with a romantic glow, and she smiled. Summer. It seemed to be near round here, but winters were harsh. A sudden hand on her shoulder made her turn, fists ready to strike out. Kakashi stood smiling behind her, making her immediately step away with a blush.
"K-kakashi, I didn't expect to see you here." She said quickly, again cursing her luck. Why did this always happen to her?
"Clearly not." He chuckled. "I started to miss your morning visits." He added, and Sakura's eyes widened.
"Y-you saw that?" She stuttered, but of course he did. He wasn't an idiot. Kakashi's smile brightened, but he didn't answer. His hand came up to cup her face, and he leant forward. Sakura stared wide eyed as his other hand pulled down his mask, revealing quite normal-looking lips. The team had always joked, and had tried several times to uncover the secrets beneath the mask. Sakura didn't have time to think in detail, as soon his lips were against his and her worries seemed to melt, along with her strength to stand. Kakashi caught her, and she reached up around his neck as she kissed back. She couldn't help but smile, a new feeling washed over her with the wind, the cherry blossoms continueing there dance in the summer breeze. Maybe one day she'd join their dance, the freedom she felt at this moment made her feel like she could do anything she wanted.
