Asuna's POV
I helped Fauna pack quickly but..Am I doing the right thing..? I love her and all but..the camp guards won't be pleased by this action... Damn it..I can't turn back now..! She turned her gaze to meet mine, a small, warm smile was across her face..This is the right thing to do...I'm helping her..and I will never regret it....
"Let's get going.." her already soft voice had been knocked down quieter to where I could barely hear her.. I nodded in response and slowly cracked open the door, her small frame slipped quietly through the crack. I slid out after her and ran out of camp with, her bare feet barely made a sound compared to my red converse on the mushy ground. The sky was playing scientist with us, dropping raindrops down into our beaker of a world..testing the ground to see what reaction it's dry soil would produce when the droplets sunk into it...
We just kept running and running with no end till I glanced over at Fauna, she was so weaken yet determined...she wouldn't stop running, even if she collapsed she would get back up and run..I stopped her..I had too before her body just quit... "Lets set up a little place to stay the night..." she was about to protest but gave way and nodded. I set off into the forest to find leafs, sticks, etc.. When I came back she had already made our "beds" and was starting to build a roof. I sets down the supplies beside her and helped place everything down..
Fauna's POV
I gently set the last leaf down and curled up on my bed, Asuna cuddled up on her side and fell asleep. She's so cute..! I just want to snuggle with her and keep her forever...! But..right as I closed my eyes, a warm source rolled over and cuddled up next to me, their arms wrapped around my waist while their head lightly rested itself on my chest...A..Asuna...?.! I opened my eyes halfway and stared at her, a smile was across her face as she slept soundly. I lightly kissed her head then wrapped my arms around her body and drifted into darkness...
