Chapter 13~ trip to Miami

*Kacie's POV*

If you ask me, I would say that I wasn't paying much attention to the movie. All I could focus on was Matt's steady heartbeat. And in all honesty, he was the most comfortable guy I have ever cuddled up with during a movie. Tommy (my ex) was really comfy back when I lived in Miami. But everything I thought about him was a lie. He never loved me, or else he wouldn't have cheated on me with Summer (the school slut), so now I'm assuming that it was one big game to him. I was just his little toy. Of course, we never did anything like that. I'm still a virgin and proud to be one. After all, I'm only 18 and we were dating for 3 years; since I was 15. I always took the word of my mum, and she said to wait untill I'm 19.

Although, I did love him, and still do. He just broke my heart by cheating on me. And to top it off, it was with the school slut, who he knew I hated ever since she stole Nina's ex boyfriend Billy.

No, I did not move all the way to London with my brother and Nina just because he cheated on me. That may have been part of it, but nobody except Tommy, Summer and I know that he did cheat on me. And nobody ever will. Ever. The main reason why we moved out here was because somebody murdered my mum. He wasn't caught and was on the lookout for the rest of our family, so I guess you could say we were in hiding. Just with the same names.

As Niall called us to lunch, I slowly got my head off of Matt's chest. I could feel that half of my face was red due to lying on him. Matt chuckled, as I groaned when I had to get off him. He paused the movie and then we headed out to the kitchen for lunch. On my way there I saw my phone light up indicating that I had just gotten a new text.

From: Nina

OMG! Ben invited me to go back to Miami with him for a month! I'm gonna go. We're also going with his friend who is actually Matt! They've been friends since kindy and blah blah blah I'll tell yout heir history which Bwn told me about tonight. We're leaving on Wednesday and since it's Monday today (Teachers only) we're gonna ditch tomorrow so that we can hang out like old times xox

Great. She's going to leave me. Sadface.

Who knew that Matt and Ben were friends? Not me...

I made my way to the kitchen, where everyone else was; Matt, Niall, Bianca, Lily, Harry, Zayn, Louis and Liam. I waved a quick hi to them all and then proceeded to my burger. I grabbed my burger and then made my way next to Matt on the table. I took a quick look and Niall and I could just see the fury in his eyes, mixed with a lot of jelousy.

Once I finished my buger, I grabbed Matt's hand and dragged him back to my room, not to finish the movie but to talk about this trip he's going on.

I closed the door with my foot behind me and Matt smirked, obviously not understanding why we were both in my room alone.

"When were you going to tell me that you were going to Miami with Nina and Ben? And when were you going to tell me that you are friends with my friends boyfrind?" I asked, trying not to sound like a clingy girlfriend and succeeding. Disappointment washed over his face once he finally realised why I dragged him in here.

"Well, I was planning on telling you tonight, over a very romantic evening that I planned and it was supposed to be a surprise. But, I don't want to get into an arguement this early in our relationship. And as for Ben and I being friends, it never came up and I thought that you would've known considering that I have met Nina a couple of times and yeah.." he awnsered. Guilt took over me. He was going to take me out for a surprise? Our second date and I just had to go and completely ruin his plan. I feel so bad now.

"I'm so sorry.. I didn't know." I said.

"It's okay." he replied. his voice came out a bit raspier as he stepped closer to me. I stepped back, trying to keep the distance as I was not finished with this discussion. I still wanteed to know about his past. But, as he stepped even closer, I could feel his breathe against my nose. I took another step back but pressed up against the wall. I then realized, Nina was going to tell me all about him and Ben so why should I ruin this moment.

He took a step closer and placed his lips on mine carefully. He was so gentle throught the kiss. My lips started moving with his as the kiss stayed PG. He placed one of his hands above my head, pressed against the wall so he could keep his balance. He then pulled away and whispered in my ear.

"Wear something sexy." He said it slowly, making sure that I took in his seriousness.

I then ducked under his arm, and headed to my wardrobe to pick out the sexiest outfit for tonight. I heard him huff, and then the door to my bedroom open and close signaling that he left. I stripped off of my outfit and was left in my black bra and underwear. Staring at my wardrobe for a while, I decided that I couldn't choose so I went over to the bathroom and put on some roll-on deoderant, along with some spray. Better safe then to have a pitstain and smelly armpits. Once I had done that, I brushed my blonde hair and left it like that for the moment. I moisturised, brushed my teeth and then went back to my wardrobe to pick out a sexy outfit.

After a few, painful miniutes, half of my wardrobe was now scattered around the room and I had finally decided on a dress. It was a coral pink coctail dress that reached midthigh and was tight fitting. It had 3/4 sleeves and a scoop neck. I paired it with a pair of black ankle strap chunky platform courtshoes. For accesories I slipped on a pandora bracelet with 3 charmes that I had been given by my mum, and a golden tassle necklace.

I applied some concealer over any blemeshis, a few swipes of mascara and some coral red lipstick.

I walked out of my room at 7.30, round about time where I would assume to be taken out and everyones heads turned towards me.

Niall's mouth was slightly parted as he stared at me in shock while all of the other boys stared at me with wide eyes. Trying to be all polite and stuff since they all got girlfriends and for Harry, he is taking Lily out. I finally met Matt's eyes and he guided me to the car so that we could begin out romantic night. And then of course tomorrow I won't be seeing him because it's a girls day out with Nina and then he's going to Miami.
