Juvia Lockser was getting ready to got to the karaoke club with her friends including her crush. Gray Fullbuster. She tried to calm herself since he was gonna be there when she heard the news well it went like this.
//flashback//
Mirajane came running up to the bluenette. "Juvia!!" She yelled. Juvia smiled as she waved. "Hi Mira , what's up." She asked. "I was wondering if you wanted to come to the karaoke club with me and the girls?" Mira asked. Juvia thought for a second. Why not , maybe she could sing. "Of course why not what time?" Juvia responded. Mirajane jumped excitedly. "Great , we'll pick you up at 7:00." Mira said. Juvia nodded in agreement. Mirajane was about to walk away when she remembered something. "Oh I forgot to tell you , your crush is gonna be there." Mira said in a devilish smirk. Juvia's jaw dropped. Her crush , the guy she was deeply in love with , was gonna hear her sing. She nearly fainted. What she didn't know was that Gray also had feelings for her , but he was to shy to tell hear cause he was known for the man who doesn't have feelings. Basically he was a wussy. When he heard the news that Juvia was gonna be there , his heart was pounding. She was gonna hear him sing. Or maybe he could hear her sing. He kinda wanted to hear her sing to see how she sounded. So you could say Gray was excited.

Juvia adjusted her blue flowy sun dress and matched it with a blue ribbon in her hair , she made it so the ribbon was on top of her head. Her bangs sticking out on her forehead. She paired it with some brown sandals. She put on some lip gloss and grabbed her phone and purse. She got a text it read 'we're here' Mira had texted her. She walked down stairs and locked her house. She lived alone since she never met her parents. She was an orphan her whole life. She opened Mira's car and jumped in. "Well look whose all dolled up." Mira teased. Juvia blushed and looked down. "Yeah Juvia but we all know for who." Lucy said as she winked towards her. All the girls started laughing. In the car came Erza , Levy , Mira , Lucy , and Juvia. Juvia decided to break the silence. "How come Lisanna didn't come , is she still sick?" Mira nodded. "Yeah she's still sick so she couldn't come." Mira said.
They finally arrived which took them like 30 minutes cause Mira kept getting the directions wrong. If she listened to Erza we would've probably been there in 10 minutes but no. They got of the car and walked in. Juvia's palms started to get sweaty. What if Gray didn't even come? She started to say a bunch of questions but then she heard Natsu call them over , and behold Gray was sitting there as well. She said to herself calm down , he's not gonna bite. The girls waved towards the boys. Natsu , Gray , Jellal , and Gajeel. "Juvia why don't you sit next to Gray." Mira said with a smirk. Both Gray and Juvia blushed from head to toe. She silently took her seat next to him.
When Gray saw Juvia his mind instantly went blank. She looked gorgeous with the dress and the blue ribbon which matched her eyes and hair. He couldn't stop looking at her. He was knocked out of his trance when Mira suggested they sit together. They both say next to each other awkwardly since they had a crush on each other. "So who's gonna sing today?" Natsu asked. They all looked around. Then everyone knew that Juvia was the only one who never sang when they came to the club. They've come many times , everybody else sang except her. Then Mira once again smirked. "How about you Juvia?" Juvia's face turned beet red. No one has ever heard her sing. So everyone was interested in what her voice was like. "I-i don't know." She said. "Aww c'mon Juvia just once , we've never heard you sing." Erza pleaded. They all looked at Juvia with pleading looks. She started getting nervous. Then it got even more embarrassing when Gray spoke up. "I'll sing with her!" He said a little loud. They all smirked and looked towards her. Sing with Gray? She thought for a second this was only a once in a life time opportunity. She nodded shyly. "O-okay." She spoke in a soft voice. "Great! Hey these two want to sing!" Levy yelled towards the guy holding the mic. "Awesome , so a duet right?" They both nodded. "Okay you'll be singing 'someone you like' by the girl and the dreamcatcher , got it?" The guy said. Both Gray and Juvia nodded as they made their way towards the stage. Juvia gulped nervously. She looked from the middle of the stage at everyone who was staring , then she saw her friends give her a thumbs up. That relieved her. Sort of. Then Gray whispered. "Are you ready?" She nodded. The music started playing.
