4: nalu >> natsu gets sick
Lucy Heartfilia made way to her best friends house. She decided to visit cause he wasn't at the guild or her house , which is where he usually is. She walked up to the front door and knocked. "Lucy!" Happy answered. "Hey Happy , where's Natsu?" She questioned. "Oh it's terrible Lucy , somethings wrong with him!" Happy exclaimed. "What?! What's wrong , let me see." She said a little scared. She came inside and closed the door behind her. Silently she wakled towards Natsu's room. When she walked in he was in bed. "Natsu , are you okay?" She said. He groaned and turned towards her. He looked awful , he had bags under his eyes and he was sweating so much that his bangs got stuck to his forehead. She walked towards his bed and kneeled so that they were at eye sight. Slowly Lucy raised her hand and touched his forehead , immediately she pulled it back. He was hotter than usual. The he started coughing. "You're sick Natsu." She said worried. "How? I never get sick." He said while groaning. "That's true he's never gotten sick!" Happy said. Then she got an idea. He's always taking care of her so it's her turn to take care of him. "Happy can you take care of Natsu while I got to the market and buy some medicine and herbs for tea?" She said. "Aye!" Happy said. "I wanna got to." Natsu said in a slurred voice. She immediately shook her head. "No you're sick rest here while I come back." She said while adding another pillow to the back of his head. She ran her hand through his hair and caressed his cheek. Natsu was to dizzy to ask why Lucy caressed his cheek. "I'll be right back." She said while grabbing her purse and walking out.
She opened the door and placed the groceries on his table. "Sorry I'm late , the lady wouldn't accept my money cause she thought it was fake." She said quite annoyed. She walked over to Natsu and touched his forehead. "Still hot." She said. She grabbed the medicine that she bought which calmed down headaches and dizziness. She grabbed a spoon from the drawer and poured the cherry flavored medicine on. "What is that?" Natsu asked with his eyes half closed. "It's medicine I want you to drink it , it'll help with your headache and dizziness." Lucy said while handing the spoon to Natsu. He swallows it and made a disgusted face. "That did not taste good." He said while sitting up correctly. "I know it's medicine it's not suppose to taste good." She said while grabbing a white towel and dipping it in cold water. "Okay lay down , I'm gonna put this on your forehead so you're fever can go down." Lucy said while placing the towel on his forehead. He flinched cause of how cold the towel was. "Meanwhile I'm gonna go make some mushroom soup with some medical herbs I bought." Natsu was about to say if it was gonna taste bad until Lucy cut in. "And no it's not gonna taste bad." He nodded and closed his eyes.
Lucy had just finished putting in all the vegetables and herbs. She walked over to Natsu and asked him to sit up. She gently put some pillows behind his head. "Im gonna feed it to you , is that okay?" Lucy said. He nodded. Lucy was feeding him for almost twenty minutes. She felt happy on the inside cause he's always taking care of her so she was glad she could do something for him on the inside. "All done." Lucy said while placing the plate down. "It feels like my fevers gone down." Natsu said relieved. "Let me see." She reached towards his forehead. Lucy nodded in agreement. "Does your head still hurt?" He shook his head. "I still feel a little dizzy though." He said. "Well you should get some sleep , I'm gonna head home cause I have thins to do as well." She said while grabbing her purse. Lucy walked towards him and brushed his bangs out of his eyes. He deeply blushed at the sudden action. Her next action surprised him the most. She leaned down and placed a lingering kiss on his forehead. "Get well soon okay?" She said softly. He nodded cause he suddenly lost his voice. Before she left Natsu grabbed her wrist. "Huh? What's wrong?" Lucy asked confused. He then softly spoke. "Thanks Luce , you're always there for me." Lucy turned beet red. "N-no problem , I'm glad I got to do this its kinda like paying back." She said. Natsu was confused. Now holding her hand. She got even darker , almost like Erza's hair. "W-well I mean , you're always taking care of me so I was just repaying you." She said , her face red. Natsu honestly thought she looked adorable. "I get it , well I'll se you tomorrow." He said while letting her hand go. Her heart hammering in her chest she walked towards the door. "Yeah see you tomorrow." Lucy said while softly closing the door behind her.
While she was walking home she was thinking a lot like. 'Natsu Dragneel what are you doing to me!' Or other thoughts like 'Am I in love with him?'. Today was definitely something.
