I just stared at him
"well she thinks we like- that we have a-a thing, or something" I said putting the key in my front door.
"why do you sound so nervous?" he laughed a little.
"I don't know how you're going to respond to these things! I'm scared!" I admitted smiling.
"don't be scared" he reassured me. he walked closer and smiled at me.
Jesus Christ why can't you be mine already? I thought to myself.
"I think the same thing about you" he smirked.
"I-I said that outloud?!"
he nodded his head and held both my hands. he gave my hands a squeeze of reassurance. I stared into his eyes.
"rora I uh- I heard you in the hallway, at school" he spoke. those words stabbed me.
"oh my god you're kidding!" I yelled getting out of his grip.
"my life is DONE" I panicked.
"no no no Aurora it's okay." he said pulling me back to him.
"no it's not! you can't know I like you because you like Ella or you just don't like anyone and then it's going to be awkward because thats what-" he cut me off as I caught me breath.
"I like you too" he said lightly chuckling. I looked at him shocked.
"God your perfect" I said as I pressed my lips against his. he didn't hesitate to kiss back. once we pulled apart he looked me in the eyes.
"you drive me craaaazzzzaaayyy" he sang aloud. I laughed at him and his voice cracks from trying to reach the high notes.
we grabbed our stuff and headed up to my room. once we sat down my phone buzzed with 2 texts
one that I wish I never received
and another that made my life 10x better
