Naruto's P.O.V

Zabuza shunshined to the center of our formation.

'You idiot, you just messed up.........big time!'

I whipped around, pulled out two more kunai, as I threw the one I was holding. He blocked it with his sword but it gave enough time for Kakashi reach us.

Kakashi came in and stabbed Zabuza in the gut as we all lept backwards. They were silent for a second when i suddenly noticed a shape reconfiguring behind him.

'Oh no!'

"Kakashi, behind you!" I didn't bother with honorifics, I just had to warn him.

The Zabuza in front of Kakashi disappeared in a splash of water. And the one behind, swung his sword and cut Kakashi in half.

'A water clone, oh shit! Kakashi better have copied that in time.'

Kakashi also disappeared in a splash of water. I breathed a sigh of relief. He reappeared, behind Zabuza saying, "It's over."

There was a quiet pause as we watched, tensed. Suddenly, the bandage faced jounin appeared again behind Kakashi saying, "Now it is."

Third P.O.V

The water clone popped and Zabuza swung his sword around, aiming at Kakashi's head. Kakashi ducked under it, Zabuza lodged his sword in the ground. He switched from his left hand to his right, twisting and kicking Kakashi in the stomach with his right foot.

It connected, and Kakashi was sent flying into the lake. Kakashi surfaced but it was too late, Zabuza was already standing over him, weaving signs.

"You fool." Zabuza said, he finished weaving. "Suiro no jutsu!" (Water Style: Water Prison Technique) Kakashi was trying to get out but was unable to.

"You won't be able to escape this special prison of mine. Now, time to take care of three brats and an old man." He said, turning towards them and forming a one handed seal.

A water clone formed, Zabuza continued to talk.

"Hehe, you brats wear those hitai-ate and act like your real ninja. Let me tell you something, you aren't real ninjas until you have had survived numerous brushes with death. So until you've achieved that, you kids shouldn't be referred to as ninja. "

The clone disappeared, then reappeared and kicked Naruto in the face, knocking off his hitai-ate.

Sakura yelled out Naruto's name in alarm, while Sasuke tensed.

"Hmph, just a brat." Zabuza muttered

'Sorry Taichou, but this is getting too dangerous for Sasuke and Sakura. You have to run.'

"Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto, take Tazuna-san and run, you have no chance of beating him! As long as he keeps me in here he can't move. The water clone can't move to far from his real body either. Just run!"

Naruto had gotten back on his feet and his was giving Kakashi a murderous glare. But Kakashi wasn't backing down, he stared straight at Naruto and mouthed the word, run.
