After we walked around Isabelle's neighborhood for a few hours looking for Pokémon we headed back to her place. We were sweaty, dehydrated and hungry. We were both very obviously out of shape. Before I headed home, we had some snacks, drank some water and cooled off together. After that I said goodbye to Isabelle and drove home, with the thought of Roy still dragging along in my mind.
When I finally got home, I went straight to the kitchen to grab some cereal even though I just ate with Isabelle earlier. I can't help myself, I just really love cereal. I went into the pantry and reached up to grab some Frosted Flakes, my favorite cereal. "WHA!?" I exclaimed as I felt something fuzzy brush against my arm as I was closing the pantry door. "Probably just the duster.." I thought to myself trying to rid my mind of any other possibilities.
I carried along with my cereal bowl making until I went to pour some milk and remembered that I'm not supposed to drink milk. "God damnit, I really wanted cereal." I thought to myself angrily as I put the milk back in the fridge and brought my cereal upstairs with me anyways because I was not going let it go to waste.
I flopped onto my bed, got cozy and put on an episode of Orange is the New Black to watch while eating my cereal. About ten minutes into the show I got a text from Isabelle, it was a link. I opened it and it brought me to a Don't Hug Me I'm Scared Roy theory. I immediately exited it and didn't answer her text message. I couldn't read a Roy theory without getting that same weird feeling so I just avoided them in all.
The episode ended and as I was about to watch the next, I heard a noise. It sounded like scratching so I thought it was one of my dogs. I have four so this was an often occurrence. I began to get up to make sure they weren't getting into anything they weren't supposed to be doing, and just as I set my foot on the ground my ankle was snatched by something, my body was slammed onto the floor and was dragged underneath my bed. I screamed but my voice was immediately subdued by a fuzzy yellow felt hand.
