"Ahhh" I yawn and stretch my arms. I check the clock and realize it's only 7:30 in the morning. Luckily, after I had woken up last night I was able to sleep peacefully the rest of the night.

Something feels weird though. I can't exactly put my finger on it but I vaguely remember walking up screaming with Grayson in my doorway. Oh. Oh no. Grayson was in my doorway. Ugh. So much for trying to keep my contact with him at a minimum. Maybe he won't remember it? I think people forget that kind of stuff in the middle of the night right? I hope so, I really don't look forward to him making fun of me or just knowing of my condition in general. What had I been thinking?

I decide since it's so early and I literally have nothing else to do, I sit down and continue reading Harry Potter: The Prisoner of Azkaban.

After about an hour I put my book down and check the time. What felt like 10 minutes turned into an hour. I don't know what it is with those books, they just pull me in and it's practically impossible to stop reading. When I do stop reading, half of the time I'm astonished at how long I had been reading.

I put my book away and get ready for the rest of the day. Once I'm done, I decide to walk downstairs for breakfast. I see Mrs. Chase in formal apparel and she seems to be rushing. She looks up and notices me standing there.

"Good morning Presley! I have to hurry off to work but feel free to get some breakfast, there's milk for cereal and there are eggs also." She smiles and waves and I mutter a quick thank you. I head over to the fridge, feeling better now that she actually told me I am free to eat their food. Something about being at someone else's house and eating their food while they're not around just bothers me.

I decide just to go with a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and sit at the table to eat. I grab my phone out of my pocket and see I have a few snapchats from a few of my close friends. I snap them back using the filter that squeezes your eyes and enlarges your mouth. I laugh a little and send it to them. That filter cracks me up every time.

I put my phone down and finish my bowl of cereal. Once I'm done I put it in the dishwasher and sit back down, not sure what to do today. It's nice outside, so I could read I guess. But even Harry Potter would get boring after a few hours. Maybe I could go on a walk, I know some trails around here. If I could only grab my bike... Oh wait! I can open the garage to get it. I decide on that and walk back up to my room.

It's only 9:30 am and I don't want to take my bike ride just yet, so I head outside on the porch and settle onto one of the chairs and open my book.

I'm so focused on reading that I don't realize Grayson standing right in front of me. He taps my shoulder and I jump, looking up at him shocked. After a second or so, I relax and look at him questionably.

"I'm making some breakfast do you want anything?" He says, completely indifferent as if his mom made him do this.

"No thanks" I reply and return my attention to my book, my cheeks turning pink from slight embarrassment. I notice him moving away from me and back into the house. I relax and start reading again.

After a few hours, I head inside and grab a drink of water. It's almost noon, I'll ride my bike for a while and then grab some lunch. I head over to my house and get my bike out of the garage. I start on the trail and put my earbuds in.

After a long, peaceful ride, I head over to this cute little diner that is a popular place to eat in my town. Their food is SO good. I lock my bike up against the bike rack and head in. I see a sign in my peripheral vision which is odd since there is usually nothing there but I shrug it off and walk in.

I walk up to the hostess and ask for a table for one. She looks at me oddly and I sit there confused, waiting for her to speak. "I'm sorry, but today is couple's day only. Did you miss the sign?" She says sympathetically and I realize that the sign was a sign saying today was couple's day.
