Feliciano was finishing the last of his breakfast that had been served to him that morning. Anywhere else he probably would have had pasta; but Clarice cared for them like a mother, and refused to let him eat pasta three meals in a row.  Smiling he took the last bite of his omelette, savoring  the last of it's unique flavor.  Truthfully the Italian did like the omelette's served here, and would probably eat them more often if Ludwig or himself knew how to make an omelette like this.  He quickly wiped his  mouth with a napkin before glancing at his wrist watch.

England should be boarding the train just about now.
The brown haired nation mused to himself, making a mental note to visit him, but that wouldn't be for at lease another two weeks, maybe more depending on how early he could get away.  Sighing he began to get ready for the meeting.

Ludwig had already left for the meeting, he had said something about wanting to get there early to set up some things. Not that it mattered to Feli, he was glad to have time alone this morning to figure a few things out.

Putting on his usual blue coat he heard a strange buzzing,  feeling around in his pocket he plucked out his phone, unfortunately it wasn't the source of the noise.

Glancing around the room he remembered the phone he took from the Brit last night, drawing it out of the hidden compartment in his bag he looked at the message.

          -Alfred Jones- Sent a text!

Hey, where are ya? Did you make it to your meeting? I miss you.

Italy sighed, he knew this was likely but he didn't expect the message to come so soon.

Alfred, I'm here safely I made it just in time, still I wish you were here with me and that you didn't have to go to your bloody meeting.  Damn it all, I have to go. The boss just called in another bloody meeting.

Feli had studied the Brits texting style, incase this situation ever did come, he needed to send a convincing evidence that it wasn't someone else texting.

Sighing once again, he placed the phone back in the bag, this time remembering to silence it.

Italy walked lightheartedly through the doors leading into the conference room, scanning the room for the person he cared for most.
The blond blue eyed man Feli was looking for was currently talking to their long time friend, and once war ally. Feliciano stilled over to them, bouncing his arms like his usual self. "Ludwig! Japan! Wow, you're getting huge Japan!" Indeed the older nation was quite large for his size, being at least six months into his pregnancy. "Ohyo itary-san, how have you been?" The black haired man smiled, placing a hand on his abdomen. "Just fine!" The Italian said, offering a small salute to Japan. "Glad to see you came Feli, I vas getting vorried." The German sighed, placing a hand on his temple. "Ve~ I wanted to finish my breakfast. " He pouted, feeling guilty for making the taller man worried.
Suddenly the trio heard a loud shout from the other end of the room.

"I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE IS, IF I KNEW I WOULDN'T BE ASKING YOU IF YOUV'E HEARD FROM HIM!" The American's voice was full of anger. France held his hands up, a bead of sweat rolling down his brow. "I didn't mean anyzing by it, I waz just trying to help." The blonde nation defended himself.

Oh, he's catching on. Just on schedule.
The thought brought a smile to Italian lips, which he hid quickly, it was far to early to blow his cover.

"Ve~ America what's wrong?" He asked innocently. "I DON'T SUPPOSE YOU'VE HEARD FROM ARTHUR HAVE YOU, SO BUT OUT" America turned on him like a rabid dog, causing Italy to trip and hit his hand on the table.

"AMERICA!" Germany shouted and stepped in front of Italy, clenching his fist. One comment away from hitting him. "It's okay Ludwig, I'm fine!" Feli said quickly, attempting to calm both men.
"America! Don't take your anger out on Italy! Look, you frightened the poor country-Aru!" China scolded, turning to the Italian, he helped him up. "You better get some ice for that, aru." Italy nodded and headed out of the room. However instead of getting ice, Feliciano waited just outside the door, not visible but still in hearing range.

"Amerika, There was no need to get angry Ve are just trying to help you." Ivan smiled, stepping a bit closer to Yao. "What is going on, America-san?" A concerned Kiku walked waddled over to the small group of nations.

Calming down a bit Alfred ran a finger though his hair. "I'LL TELL YOU WHATS GOING ON, ARTHUR. ARTHUR'S WHATS GOING, HE HASN'T CALLED ME IN A WEEK. ONLY TEXTED ME." His voice still sounded angry, Greece had even woken up with all the shouting.
"Mein awesomeness may have heard incorrectly, but I don't think texting is that big of a deal?" Prussia spoke, "And where is Arthur anyway?" A softer voice spoke. "Look, Mattie. If I knew exactly where he was I wouldn't be shouting. "Well where is England supposed to be?" The spaniard asked, now all present nations had gotten involved. America sighed. "Artie's supposed to be in England, he got a call a week ago saying that he had to go to this urgent meeting in Britain. I was gonna go with him, but I was told I had to stay for the world meeting." The nations looked back and fourth at one another, all having no idea what the matter was. "Well" Alfred continued. "I've been getting occasional messages from him, but he's never actually called me and I'm getting worried." "And how is zat a problem?" Ludwig asked, annoyed with the whole encounter. "BECAUSE, anyone can impersonate someone over text message once they've studied a person long enough." America snapped at the German. "What are you implying?" Germany was now intrigued. "I think Arthur has been kidnapped." The American admitted.
"And you think the kidnapper is messaging you pretending to be Anglerette?" The Frenchman asked. "YES. THATS EXACTLY WHAT IM SAYING?" Alfred replied still tense from earlier. "How are you so sure?"

There was a moment of silence before Alfred spoke again.

"Because he hasn't said anything about the baby."

Baby?

Feliciano's grin grew wide.

So that's why he was so submissive

Italy realized, the smile on his face ground ever wider as he walked down the halls.

With that piece of information not tucked away Feliciano was sure of two things.

One, he now could get Arthur to do anything he wanted.

And that he had to take his second victim, tonight.
