"(Y/N) wake up !" I hear a cheerful Matt scream as he jumps up and down on my bed like a little kid. He's the kind of boyfriend that's fun to be around because he knows how to be carefree and make everyone happy. Even if it's at six in the morning, jumping on your bed, waking you up.
"Can I help you?" I slowly opened my eyes, chuckling at my boyfriend, who was looking down at me.
"I'm here to hang out with you." Matt responded sassily, ( I love that word hah) sitting down at the bottom of my bed.
"Oh so you are? And how did you get into my apartment exactly Mr. Espinosa?" I knew Matt knew where I hid the extra key but I just wanted to hear it from him.
"(Y/N), babe you know I know where the extra key is. It's inside the doorbell that doesn't actually work." Yep. He knew.
"Hah. You're correct." I threw the covers off of myself and stood up, stretching.
"So (Y/N)." Matt said getting up from my bed as well, wrapping his arms around my waist, his chin in the crook of my neck as I stretched.
"So Matt." I mimicked, and pulled myself out of his embrace to look at him while he talked.
"Would you be interested in sitting on your couch for the rest of the day playing video games?" I smirked.
"Babe, you know I have like two games for the X box right?" And the two games were Matt's but he left them at my house by accident.
"Ah I knew you'd say that ! I brought some games and they're in the living room. Come on (Y/N) please !" He pleaded like a little kid.
"Ugh. Fine ! Can I have breakfast first at least?"
"Yes you can I suppose. That's why I bought you bagels and strawberry cream cheese." Matt gave me a big smile.
"You did not!" Strawberry cream cheese was my weakness and Matt knew it.
"Kitchen counter."
"You are literally the best boyfriend ever. Thank you !" I hugged Matt quickly and ran to the kitchen, grabbing a bagel and putting the cream cheese on it.
I no sooner finished the bagel when Matt got excited. "Yay you're finished ! Finally ! Let's go play now." Matt pulled me up from my chair.
"Matt I have to clean my dish first." I started to laugh.
"No you can clean your dish later (Y/N). It'll still be there after video games." Matt lifted me up in his arms and ran to the living room, putting me down on the couch. He got the controllers off of the coffee table and tossed one to me, saving one for himself. He popped mario cart in and dove back onto the couch and I laid down, putting my head on his lap.
We played multiple video games for about an hour, before I fell asleep.
Matt looked down once he realized I hadn't moved in the current game for about five minutes. Once he noticed I was sleeping he whispered, "Sleep tight. Thanks for playing video games with me. I love you." He turned off the game and took the controller out of my hand and put it on the coffee table next to his. Matt closed his eyes as well, keeping a protective arm around me. My dish was never taken care of but that's okay because I had a blast with my adorable yet churlish boyfriend.

That's not really how I thought that chapter would go but oh well yolo. Ugh I'm so tired because I was on FaceTime with my friend last night until 3 am until he finally told me to go to sleep. Anyway, I hope you all realize how perfect you are. And if you don't, take a longer look in the mirror darling, because you are absolutely S T U N N I N G
