Part 8-Maine

The premiere went great. Ezra and I took photos with all the models and some by our selfs he even had the photographer take pictures of me by myself. He said that it was didn't make sense for the lines star to not have pictures at her own premiere. I honestly had a ball even with that she devil Roxy giving me glares the entire night.

We were in his car when I decided to ask "So I take it Roxy isn't just a old friend" he laughed "Correct she is actually and Ex Girlfriend" I turned to look out the window "Oh .. ok cool" he glanced at me then turned back to the road ahead "Did I do something Mia? you seem distant like something is bothering you" I looked from the window to Ezra "no it's just .. I um.. I overheard Roxy say you dated for quite some years and yet theirs no premiere for her yet we have only been dating a few days and boom 'Bury me in Mia' I'm just a little curious" Ezra took one hand off the wheel and placed my hand in his "Mia I have told you before I am drawn to you , it's something about you that makes me go crazy yet I can't piece it together" then he placed a kiss on the palm of my hand "Ezra I feel drawn to you to but what happened between you to?" he moved his hand at that question and he began to tense up "Its not important I rather not dwell to much on the past , they go it your past for a reason it is best to be left behind you" I grabbed his hand "Ezra if that is how you feel then I have no choice but to accept it" The rest of the ride home was driven in silence. It was now 10pm and I was beginning to get a bit tired. We pulled up Infront of the apartment and I got out of the car with help from Ezra he led me to the house and we said our goodbyes and see you laters ending with a kiss. I was exhausted and my feet were hurting from the heels I plopped on the bed and dozed off I would be showering in the morning.

*BleepBleepBleep* It was a text from Ezra

'Good Morning my love , I am saddened to say I will be leaving town for 2weeks at 9pm tonight urgent business , all though I would love for you to come I couldn't interfere with your job , so alas I will miss you dearly'

I was so sad to hear that Ezra was leaving and didn't sound like I would be able to see him before he left. I would be working from 3-10 today. Then my phone bleeped again

'Oh don't worry I will be coming to see you for lunch at 7 and taking you to work today -Love Ezra'

I almost jumped with joy at the text I replied with a smiley face and an ok and jumped up grabbed my towel and jumped into the shower it was 10am so I had 2hours before Ezra came.

It was not 845 Ezra and I had been texting non stop since he dropped me off at work after we ate lunch together. He will be headed off to Maine in 15 minutes. Apparently some financial theft is happening with one of his company's and he's flying to find the person responsible. "Mia how many times do I have to catch you on your phone before you start listening to me when I say put it away" I jumped up from texting Ezra to see Tina standing Infront of me with a look of annoyance on her face "I'm so sorry Tina it's just my boyfriend is taking a plane to Maine and I'm a little worried" hoping to get some sympathy but to no such luck Tina shut me down "Personal & Business don't mix , stay off your phone before you don't have a job to keep it turned on" then she walked away I put my phone in my pocket and resisted texting back each time I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. Luckily my shift went by quickly. However when checking my phone I had 5 text messages and a voicemail I skipped past the texts and listened to the voicemail "Baby it's me your probably busy working hard or got caught and have no choice but to work hard *laughs* but yeah we're taking off so I'll call you in the morning since we land at 1:15am and I don't want to wake you , love you Mia" then it clicked off. Ugh stupid Tina and her stupid No Texting rules.
