Part 10-My Sisters Keeper

Today was the day Ezra was coming home. I was at work I took the morning shift so that I could spend time with Ezra. I was in the middle of saying goodbye to everyone when my brother walked into the diner. "Blake what brings you here?" I smile giving him a hug "well I knew you work here so I decided to stop by , you off?" I nodded then my phone rang

M:"Hello?"

E:"Hey Baby I'm Back"

M:"Yay I can't wait to see you"

E:"I'm on my way to your house now I should be there in 10"

M:"Babe I just got off of work"

E:"Oh okay in that case I'll be there to pick you up in 5"

M:"Ok my brothers here I'll tell him to meet me at the house k?"

E:"No problem , I can't wait to meet him"

I hung up the phone and my brother was waiting outside "Blake , Ezra's coming to get me can you meet us at my house?" he nodded the gave me a hug and left.

Ezra jumped and pulled me in for a long passionate kiss his hands explored my back and butt then he whispered in my ear " I missed you baby " I blushed " I missed you to Ezra " he hugged me again then led me to the car. We rode off in the direction of my house "I can't wait for you to meet Blake y'all will get along perfect" Ezra smiled at me "I'm sure we will babe , does he drink?" I nodded my head yes rolling my eyes. Blake's a grown man so I can't stop him from doing anything it's just some people can't handle their liquor. Ezra stopped at a liquor store and bought a bottle of wine. I wasn't a drinker so I didn't care what he bought. We headed back to my house where we found Blake sitting Infront of the house. I got out with Ezra and Blake walked over shaking His hand. "omg Sam I'm so happy for you!" she stood up "yeah but what about the rent and my job?" I pulled her into a hug "we'll worry about that later , I want you to meet my brother Blake" they shook hands then Ezra grabbed my hand and pulled me close into his chest. We all began talking and bonding , I even drank alil. It was getting late and for some reason my brother didn't drink much he spent the entire night talking to Sam. "Ok guys I'm tired I think we should call it a night , I had a great time" Sam stood up and shook Ezras hand then turned to my brother "I'll text you ok" My brother stood up "Most definitely I'll be waiting , it was nice meeting you" then to Ezra "Man it was fun we got to link up sometime , make sure you keep her safe and happy" gesturing to me. Ezra smiled "I wouldn't dream of harming her and anyway I Love Mia" Blake grabbed my arm pulling me close "That's cool and all but I'm not just a brother I'm My Sisters Keeper and I swore that if anybody harmed her I would kill em and I meant it , but I like you Ezra and I think we could have a really good friendship here that's why I don't want to see you screw up" Ezra nodded his head , I know he cared for me but I haven't had a boyfriend since Alabama that ended horribly. I pulled my brother "ok Blake we get the point you love your sister and you can crush anybody like a toothpick blah blah blah , now go home I'm tired , love you" I hugged him then he walked to his car and drove off. I turned to Ezra smiling at me "What?" he laughed "You and your brother have a beautiful relationship I can tell how close you were in the past" I wrapped his arms around me "yeah I was crushed when I couldn't find him but now we're reunited" I smiled "Yeah I'm happy for you , it is getting late I have a meeting in the morning but after we should meet up so I can take you out" I blushed "that sounds great I would love that I'm going with Sam in the morning somewhere then I'll text you to meet , oh what should I wear classy or comfortable" he smiled "Comfortable , like a bathing suit" he kissed me then drove away. A Bathing Suit???

THE NEXT DAY - EZRAS POV

I had a meeting with some basketball representatives who wanted to promote my line of work. This always happens some people think that they can use my work to boost their careers. I think the whole thing is pointless but I'm not rude so I'll at least hear them out. I was actually in the meeting and Mia was texting me like crazy asking me What I had planned for us. I wasn't gonna tell her it's a surprise. I could tell that my guest could see my mind was elsewhere so I turned off my phone. I knew Mia would be mad so all morning I thought about ways to apologize. After the meeting which I turned the Representatives down at I drove to my good Jewelry maker Gustav and picked up something nice for Mia.
