"You know, I wasn't expecting this," I laugh nervously. "Seriously, what the fuck."

     "Look, it's easy, just for a couple of months, then you can forget about it all," He sweetly smiles at me.

     "Couple of months? That's a lot of my time wasted for his benefit," I grumble.

     "Please, I beg you, it doesn't just help him, it helps all of us."

     I look up slowly at my best friend, slowly regretting the word that slipped out of my mouth, "fine."
