John's POV

I couldn't believe that I reacted that way, what was wrong with me, since this woman came into my office I've been off.

When first saw her arrive today, I checked her out, she was wearing a white blouse, navy blue pencil skirt, a slit in the side of the skirt showing her white alabaster skin, black hair in a tight bun.

Watson stood up to my shoulders, I could smell her vanilla perfume mixed with hair products, but the thing I couldn't get over was the electric bolt that travelled over my body, I knew then that she was dangerous. I don't know why I was jealous, Richards was in his 50's, I was just 25 last month, Miss Watson was a year younger, but when I saw her hug him. I got angry with her and then I told her to get back to work out of embarrassment.

Now that I was at my desk I couldn't help but look at her, through the glass window that was adjacent to my room. I picked up the phone and rang Richards. We were going to meet up this afternoon for a longer appointment, but I had to see if my schedule was able to fit it in. I had two possible times so I picked 4pm this afternoon so I buzzed Watson on the intercom.

'Miss Watson, I'd like to change Rogers 4:30 appointment for first thing in the morning, I'd like you to ring and tell him as well.'

'Yes sir, I'll do that straight away. Then I'll step, out for your coffee.'

'Thanks.' I couldn't believe I said that. "Thanks" I mumbled to myself over my idiotic mistake.

This woman was doing my head in, I've known her for half a day, and I've done two of the stupidest things, very unprofessional, on my part. I made a few phone calls. My next appointment was a husband and wife team, wanting to borrow 100,000 dollars from me, so that they could buy a one bedroom unit in Whitehall Street.

Normally I would come down very heavy on a deal like this, the couple didn't have enough collateral to take out this amount of money, I don't know what made me do it. It could have been because my mind was elsewhere or it could have been the fact that I looked up to see Miss Watson in my room, waiting for a moment to interrupt.

'Yes, it's unusual circumstance but I will lend you the money. I will warn you though, I would like to put in an additional clause in the contract. Because you have close to no collateral, if you miss even one payment you will have the money taken off you and if any work was to be done on it, it gets pulled down. I know it sounds harsh but that's the banking business.' I looked up at Watson, held up my hand up to indicate I'll be with her in a minute.

'Yes, thank you Mr. Mulberry. We will sign anything right now, you are the only bank that hasn't turned us down. We will not miss one payment.'

'Ok, I'll draw up the contract and when it's ready, we'll give you a call to sign. Miss Watson I'll be with you in a minute.' She nodded and headed back to the office.

'Okay I'll see you back here tomorrow, around 2:30 pm' I held out my hand and shook the mans hand, a few minutes later, they left my office. I made my way to Watson, 'sorry about that, just finishing up some business.

'I just wanted to left you know that I finished everything on the list you gave me, so I'm free if there is anything you need me for.' I stared at her, I couldn't believe she had done every single thing on the list. My last PA lasted two weeks, the first day she got half the list done but stuffed up half of it.

'Um why don't you take a break. I have to make up a contract and then when you get back, I'll get you to photocopy it and make oh, ten copies. Then after that I'll get you to sit in on my appointment with Richards, take notes. Then after that you can go home.'
