Dean's POV.

Sirens wailed and lights flashed. I opened my eyes and across from me lay Gabriel. I faintley heard someone saying that there were three fatalities and one minor injury, along with two deaths. I don't know who died but still I panicked. I groggily tried to sit up and managed to stumble out of the car. I looked into the passenger side and saw Sam, his bloody body laying against the dash. The impala in ruins. Sir... Sir... SIR! I looked up and saw a police officer, and a paramedic. "Sir are you okay?" I nodded, then I had a sudden feeling of terror in my gut and shook my head. "What's wrong sir?" I shook my head, "My name's Dean." "Okay Dean, what's wrong?" "I- I'm pregnant. I don't know how this affected my baby." The paramedic nodded, "It's okay I'll check on your baby." She took my blood pressure and my vital signs while the police officer took my information. "So, Dean who are the people you are with?" "My boyfriend, brother, and my brothers boyfriend." He nodded "Okay and are there any other pregnant people?" I nodded "Gabriel, he was in the back seat with me." The officer nodded and turned, telling the other officers and paramedics. "So Dean how exactly did you and Gabriel get pregnant as males?" I sighed and muttered "You're never going to believe me..." "It's okay, just tell me." The officer said softly. "Okay. So my boyfriend Castiel is an angel. And Gabriel, Castiel's brother who's dating my brother Sam, is pregnant. It's something to do with the angels grace." The officer looked down. "Well Dean, I believe you." I looked up, "You do?" He chuckled and nodded, "I was a hunter once too Dean. So yes, I believe you." I nodded one then then paramedic came back, "Dean... You lost a baby." "I... I lost my baby?" She nodded, "Yes. You were formerly expecting twins, you're now only having one baby." I nodded, "Is... Is Gabe okay? And his babies are fine." After I looked at her she responded "Triplets." I nodded. "Okay." Then I blacked out.
