***Alex's POV***

Today is our first anniversary since we've started dating. Ours meaning Jungkook and I. I baked and cooked a lot of food that the smoke alarm went off a few times but I didn't actually burn anything. I changed into something dressy like a red dress, black heels, and the heart locket Jungkook gave me. Inside the heart locket had a picture of Jungkook in it. I also did some make up but not coats of it.

Jungkook should be coming home from work at about 5 or 6. While I was waiting, I put a barrette in my hair. I sat at the dinner table, making sure things were neat and in the right place. Afterwards I sat down and waited for him. I checked the clock and it was 5. Adrenaline rushed through my body so much. I heard a car and I became even more excited.

I checked my dress for any stains and just sat there trying to contain my eagerness. After a few minutes, I didn't hear anything. No cars, no locks, and no doors opening. I frowned and looked out the window. Jungkook's car wasn't there, only mine. That's alright because he could be here at any time.

Seconds became minutes, and minutes became 5 HOURS! Where is Jungkook? It's 10 at night and he hasn't called or texted, I'm beginning to worry. I went upstairs into our room and started crying. Soon enough, I cried myself to sleep.

***Jungkook's POV***

Today, I felt that I was forgetting something. Something important. But, we had to work extra hours at BigHit since we had to dance to Save Me over and over again before going on tour. I got home from work at 12 in the morning and I was extremely worn out and tired. I put my keys on the counter and a smell made me wake up. It smelt nice. My eyes opened some more and I pushed the tiredness away from me. Alex made this food today? There was a note on the table. I picked it up and it said

Hey Jungkook!

Happy first ANNIVERSARY! Wow..

Anyways, I want to say I love you and I will always understand you even if its hard to. I'll pick you up when you fall down. I'll comfort you when you feel frustrated. I'll wipe away your tears when you cry. Jungkook, I know that you love me since you have a unique way of showing it to me. I know you've been working hard trying to succeed but also want to chill the frig out. I get it and I'll support you no matter what. You're my love. Happy anniversary:)

I forgot our anniversary and she made all this food and made a note? I'm a total douche for this. I climbed up the stairs and quietly walked into our room. Alex wore a red dress with flats and did her hair and make up. I uncovered her face and she a tear stains down her cheeks. Oh my god I'm such an ass too. I grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil and started writing.

Hey Alex.

Sorry I forgot our anniversary today. I was working hard today and didn't come home until 12. My phone died and I didn't bring my charger. The dance moves we were working on were really tricky and hard to figure out. I'll make it up to you tomorrow. I promise. I read the note you gave me and I felt so stupid for not coming home on time. You made homemade food while we had fried chicken for dinner. I'm stupid but can you forgive this pabo?

I folded the paper in half and wrote pabo on it. I got tape and taped it on my forehead and cuddled up next to Alex, falling asleep like a baby.

***Alex's POV***

I woke up and saw Jungkook--well, a piece of paper stuck to it that said pabo. I gently took the paper off of it and read it. When I was finished reading it, I saw Jungkook wake up and smile.

"Hey lovebug"

"Hey Alex" He put me in his arms while sitting up on the bed "Can you forgive me?"

"Yeah, I forgive you, but what should we do?"

"Whatever you want to do?"
