"you may leave my office now."he points towards the door.i nod my head and quietly exit and head back to my office.
when i get back to my office,selena has put the copies I asked for her to get and is sorting a stack of papers at her desk on the other side of my office.

i flash a fake smile and grab my phone.

i slip my phone into my phone back into my purse.
"i'm leaving for my lunch break."i inform selena and exit my office.once im out of the building im hit by the bustling sound of new york that i love so much.i walk the three blocks to ronny's which is mine and taylor's favorite place to grab lunch.
"hi babe."i smile at taylor and slide into our usual booth.
"hey bitch."she casually greets me and continues looking at the menu.
"guess who my dad is partnering with?"I start to rant.
"who?"
"Pearson incorporations."
"what the hell?why?"
"something about how it'll help boost our sales and get us into the number one slot in the business industry."
"i would be so pissed."
"trust me,i am."
my ex boyfriend,tyler, from two years ago who broke my heart,is mr.pearson's son.i wouldn't have a problem with it if tyler didn't work with his father,like I do,which means that we'll be seeing each other and i'll have to deal with arrogant asshole attitude.
"well yesterday,colton,told me that he wants a baby.and he hasn't even asked me to marry him yet and don't get me wrong,i want children i just want to be married before."taylor sips her lemonade.
"did you tell him that?"i raise my eyebrow towards her
"yes but then he got mad and now we're in a fight."
"it'll be ok."I assure her.
after talking for a couple more minutes and eating our food,i have to go back to work.
my phone dings as I step into the building.i start to dig around in my purse for my phone while walking,which probably wasn't such a good idea.
i collide with another person and stumble backwards.
"watch where you're going."the god like creature scoffs at me.if he was t being such a douche right now i'd be admiring him,but instead I have to think of a come back.
"watch what you're saying.i could easily fire you in 2.5 seconds."i sass and brush his shoulder as i walk past.
